What is your most memorable wedding?
We've had some great weddings but the immediate one that sticks out is a two day wedding that started in London on day 1 and then on day two we were off to Derbyshire on the train. Over the weekend we filmed two ceremonies, 8 speeches and at least two first dances! There were even some celebs on the guest list. Most of all it was just a FUN wedding to be part of and we couldn't have been more honoured to be there.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Emotional, Relaxed, Jovial, Professional and Cinematic
What about your business are you most proud of?
Building the business and brand from scratch. From charging £175 for our very first ever wedding to starting our services at £2750. We've come a long way.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Do what YOU want. Not what someone else wants. There's far too much family politics that goes on at weddings and we should keep in touch with the fact that none of this happens without you! Make it your day.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Individual Instagram Profile Place Cards. The Bride and Groom painstakingly went through all their guests Instagram accounts and custom made all of their place holders for the tables.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Communication and preparation are two keys for us. You need to get to know us and we need to get to know you. It's about starting from a good base and then building from there. Typically we'll have at least one meeting with you prior to booking and then another two or three after that. We'll always make time to come to rehearsals where possible as no wedding or church is the same. We will be with you all day - or at least as long as necessary to ensure we capture your story. We stay in touch after because by then, hopefully, we'll be great friends too.
