What about your business are you most proud of?
Our business is run by a husband and wife team (Jonny & Lucy) and we pride ourselves in giving a personal, friendly service to anyone who enquires about their wedding. We got married nearly 3 years ago, and are reminded every single day how exciting and joyous a wedding is and it is a pleasure to create wedding films that give couples lasting memories of their wedding day.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
For us, the most important thing is for you to feel at ease throughout the day. A huge part of our job is to capture the natural moments of the day, so if there is anything we can do beforehand like answer questions or go through our process to put you at ease - it is no problem at all!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of our recent couples had two wedding cakes - a Connie and Colin the Caterpillar Bride and Groom cake from M&S! It was so unique!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We love to have a chat about what a couple is looking for in a wedding film - we always recommend watching a selection of our highlight videos to see if we fit the style that they are wanting, and if we fit the bill we like nothing more than an email / phone call / Skype or a good old face to face meeting to see if we can create something special for them!
What is the most exciting thing you have caught on camera?
My personal favourite is filming the moment that the groom sees his future wife walk down the aisle - it can take your breath away witnessing the emotion that comes with that first look.
What is your favourite soundtrack to put to a wedding video?
All of our wedding films are personalised to each couple, and are chosen based on the individual day. When choosing the soundtrack, picturing the wedding day helps and the right song just 'clicks'!
