We are a family owned and managed wedding venue on our working farm, where we continue to breed Pedigree South Devon cattle (who are not averse to being included in photos!). We have a friendly, professional wedding team with many years of experience, who will greet you on your first visit and remain working and planning alongside you right up to, and including, your big day. We are one of the few venues in Northamptonshire that is exclusively yours over three days. We can accommodate approximately 100 guests for a sit-down wedding breakfast with plenty of space for you to entertain up to 150 people in the evening. With facilities on two floors, you can choose how to use each floor – whether you have your ceremony upstairs, followed by your wedding breakfast, and party downstairs, or you elect to mix it up – the venue is yours to use as you wish. The outside space is perfect to allow all guests the freedom to play games and keep themselves entertained in full view of the main event! Surrounded by 80 acres of land, Wood Farm is a photographer’s dream offering plenty of stunning photo opportunities, suiting all tastes, to complete the perfect day. Fully licensed for wedding ceremonies, Wood Farm has an adjoining bridal suite where the bride and her bridal party can prepare themselves for the big day, safe in the knowledge that there is no excuse for being late to the ceremony! We are very proud to work with some amazing suppliers all local to us and who we include on a comprehensive preferred suppliers list. These include a carefully selected choice of preferred local caterers who specialise in bespoke menus using locally sourced produce and will work with you to design your menu to your choice & budget. Although we do not offer overnight accommodation on site, we can highly recommend local hostelries and have access to an amazing taxi company who make sure our guests are looked after and delivered safely to their choice of accommodation at the end of the night.

We had the most perfect day at Wood Farm. We really felt part of the family. Everyone was so lovely, helpful and friendly. The day itself went without a hitch, despite Jel having a family emergency a couple of days before and couldn't attend, Tamsin was on hand all day as well as Katie who stepped in at the last minute to successfully co-ordinate the day. The setting was spectacular, the sun shon, the woods were wonderful for photos. The wood farm team couldn't do enough, as well as guiding us through the day, they looked after our suppliers, who all complemented the team. Just perfect! Just perfect!
As soon as we arrived at Wood Farm for a viewing we knew it was the venue for us! The location is stunning, we were able to have the wedding we wanted and the team at Wood Farm is fantastic. Jel, the Wood Farm wedding planner, guided us through how the order of the day could work, gave us ideas and was a huge support on the day itself. She even held a fan for me while I got ready on the hottest day of the year! Thank you, Jel! If we could do the day all over again, we would! Our guests also loved it and commented on how seamless the day was and how relaxed it felt - which is just what we wanted. Recently got married here in September and it was a beautiful day. The venue is in a stunning location and it comes alive at night with all the fairy lights. My DREAMIEST day!!! My DREAMIEST day!!!
From the first time we visited Woodfarm, we both knew we had to get married there, it had everything we were looking for!! We got married there June 2023 and wow what a day!! It was everything and more we could have wanted! The venue just topped it, everyone commented on the stunning views and surroundings of Woodfarm. Even now when we look at our photos/watch our video we are still blown away! Jel was so so helpful, answering our questions, being on the other side of the phone and then on the day making it run so smoothly. We can’t thank her enough! We wish we could re-live this day over and over! What a perfect venue What a perfect venue
Oh my gosh, what a perfect venue for our wedding.❤️ From the day we first met Becky over 2 years ago to our wedding day last Saturday, the team have been an absolute joy to work with. Nothing has been too much trouble, including navigating the ups and downs of a pandemic (along with an 11th hour possibility of us having to postpone due to a test and trace ping!) and although our wedding was 2 days before the restrictions eased the team did all they could to keep our day as close to our Plan A as possible. The location is stunning, the views are to die for and made all the more beautiful by the incredible sunshine and sunset that we had - sooooo many amazing photo opportunities. Becky, Tamzin, Rob and the lovely bar crew were a most welcome addition to our wedding party - they felt like family.❤️ I have absolutely no hesitation or reservation in recommending Wood Farm as a wedding venue. Thank you all again for making our day so so special. Where do I start???.........For anyone who is searching for a venue and checks out this page, I want to let you know of our experience regarding my daughter's wedding at this stunning location! I am still buzzing at the experience, and how perfect Wood Farm turned out to be as my daughters (and now son in laws also) choice to become husband and wife. As stated, the location is just that...STUNNING! ...The whole layout and design is perfect and functional.....especially upstairs, Where the narrower long room helps the eye focus on every aspect of it, (unlike many venues that have large rooms where the guests can visually get a bit lost)..and it's ending with the breathtaking views from the large panoramic window!! The bar area, leads onto the most beautiful patio setting I have ever seen,... the resident herd of cows and very LARGE bull, and the portrait looking views by day,.. and then hopefully after a stunning sunset, the magical use of lights,... it all leads to a backdrop that makes your celebrating so much more, and that you will remember always! It has the facility also, for music and dancing in the downstairs room that opens up onto it, and you can sing your hearts out without fear of upsetting the neighbours as the nearest are in Everdon 1/2 mile away!! Just don't disturb the Bull😃 This of course has to be managed, and here is the icing on the cake ( excuse the pun!) The team here were just fabulous!! ..Tamsin and Rob the owners, and Becky the manager strained every sinew to make our day perfect, after twice having to cancel due to Covid. It has been a very difficult time for us, but also for them, but they gave everything for us..and more!!....They were completely Covid compliant, and beyond it and we are so grateful for their efforts there so that our day could go ahead! So a massive THANK YOU to Tamsin Rob and Becky, and your staff...I am forever in your debt💛... Our amazingly perfect wedding day last weekend at Wood Farm could not have been anymore perfect than it was. Becky, Tamzin, Rob and their teams were amazing from the word go. Nothing was a problem and as I said everything was perfect. The venue was for us from the day we saw it and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Not only us but every single one of our guests said how stunning and perfect it was. Far higher than 5 star thats for sure, we couldn't recommend enough, thank you so, so much.
