Every single member of staff was incredible nothing was ever a problem and everything was met with a genuine can-do attitude. They were all such lovely, kind people and made us feel completely at ease from start to finish. A special shout-out has to go to Lyndsay, our wedding coordinator. No request was ever a bother, no matter how big or small, and her support, organisation and calm presence made the entire day run seamlessly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the food was outstanding. So many of our guests have commented that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to m and we couldn’t agree more. Everything flowed so effortlessly, which meant we were able to fully relax and enjoy the best day of our lives. We can’t recommend this venue highly enough.We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue or team. This goes from my greeting at reception on check in the day before, and the housekeeping team worked so hard getting the bridal suite ready in the morning so we could finish getting ready. The actual day itself was just amazing, with Lyndsay, Zac and the team just knocking it out of the park. I had a worry about something (which in the end didn’t really matter, just normal overthinking bride worry) but NOTHING was a bother. During the reception, the waiting staff and all the team were so lovely to all our guests and they all worked so hard. The actual venue itself is just stunning and fresh. The food was great, guests all complimented it. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. And I can’t thank the whole team enough. We fell in love with it instantly. It was the first venue we chose but any others we went to afterwards just did not compare so after a week we booked up for 3rd October 2025. This venue has the most homely but modern feel to it. You feel like you are transported somewhere else but so close to everything at the same time. It’s so cosy and full of life & then when you walk into the room where most of the day is held your breath is taken away. The staff here are unbelievable, so kind, friendly and helpful, I really don’t think they could have done anymore for us in the lead up, the day before or day of. Biggest shout outs to Lyndsay and Zac who made us feel so special. We of course had our special day on the worst day of storm Amy but the staff knew how to work around this and made it work & in actual fact I would say the storm brought a great vibe for the colours we chose. From start to finish I cannot fault any part of the day. If you are wanting a homely and cosy feel to your wedding along with somewhere that just understands weddings and how to give you the best day then this should be a top choice. All rooms either in the main building or the courtyard are lovely and all reasonably priced, all our guests loved the . The food is out of this world, the chefs are out of this world with what they create, it creates a real talking point about the day. We also received so many compliments about the venue, and crucially about the way our guests were also looked after - I was really touched by this. Gorgeous venue, wonderful staff, and genuinely the best wedding I've ever been to - I'm biased, but some of our friends said the same! The staff were so friendly & helpful throughout the day and on the lead up too! Laura the wedding co-ordinator was so lovely and happy to help with any questions we had. The venue & grounds are absolutely stunning. We also loved the honeymoon suite with the hot tub and lovely views! Highly recommend! The venue is beautiful from the pristine gardens and grounds, to the classy decor inside and the amazing staff who couldn't do enough for us. From the moment we booked our wedding, Laura, our wedding coordinator, looked after us perfectly and accommodated all of our wants and needs. On the day of our wedding Laura and Vincent ensured everything went seamlessly and we did not have a worry in the world. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
We had a wedding during the summer who had a DJ and sax playing for the top table entrance, they had everyone up dancing for 5 minutes of madness before the meal- even the bride and groom were up on chairs dancing away- it was such a joyous and happy celebration to witness.

Spreadsheets are a god send for keeping track of everything.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A recent bride made personalised magnets of all of her guests, it was a lovely touch and nothing like we have seen before.

Looking back up the driveway through the trees and towards the main house, it is also the perfect place for a confetti shot.

We have had a few celebrities staying for weddings and events.
What’s your favourite canapé?
It's got to be our locally caught haggis bon bons- delish!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Nothing beats a roll and Ayrshire bacon after dancing the night away.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The connection to the Racecourse gives couples an opportunity to take some unique shots in and around the track.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our staff who make every guest feel comfortable and at home, whether they are staying with us or not.
