Our Wedding Was Phenomenal Our Wedding Was Phenomenal
The team all worked exceptionally hard with high standards throughout our whole weekend. This goes from my greeting at reception on check in the day before, and the housekeeping team worked so hard getting the bridal suite ready in the morning so we could finish getting ready. The actual day itself was just amazing, with Lyndsay, Zac and the team just knocking it out of the park. I had a worry about something (which in the end didn’t really matter, just normal overthinking bride worry) but NOTHING was a bother. During the reception, the waiting staff and all the team were so lovely to all our guests and they all worked so hard. The actual venue itself is just stunning and fresh. The food was great, guests all complimented it. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. And I can’t thank the whole team enough. Best day of our lives!!!Best day of our lives!!!
We found this venue back in May 2023 through Bridebook and went to the venue the day after an open day. We fell in love with it instantly. It was the first venue we chose but any others we went to afterwards just did not compare so after a week we booked up for 3rd October 2025. This venue has the most homely but modern feel to it. You feel like you are transported somewhere else but so close to everything at the same time. It’s so cosy and full of life & then when you walk into the room where most of the day is held your breath is taken away. The staff here are unbelievable, so kind, friendly and helpful, I really don’t think they could have done anymore for us in the lead up, the day before or day of. Biggest shout outs to Lyndsay and Zac who made us feel so special. We of course had our special day on the worst day of storm Amy but the staff knew how to work around this and made it work & in actual fact I would say the storm brought a great vibe for the colours we chose. From start to finish I cannot fault any part of the day. If you are wanting a homely and cosy feel to your wedding along with somewhere that just understands weddings and how to give you the best day then this should be a top choice. All rooms either in the main building or the courtyard are lovely and all reasonably priced, all our guests loved the . The food is out of this world, the chefs are out of this world with what they create, it creates a real talking point about the day. We decided to have our wedding at Western House Hotel the second we walked in the door. We had looked at a couple of other venues beforehand, but the experience of Western House was completely different! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the team were incredibly kind and genuinely interested in our wedding. Lyndsay greeted us with such warmth from our very first conversation, the hotel made all our planning easy and painless, and the day itself was a dream. I knew it would be a magical day, but Western House took it to a whole other level! We also received so many compliments about the venue, and crucially about the way our guests were also looked after - I was really touched by this. Gorgeous venue, wonderful staff, and genuinely the best wedding I've ever been to - I'm biased, but some of our friends said the same! It was the perfect day. ....and they do a mean coffee :)We decided to have our wedding at Western House Hotel the second we walked in the door. I don't have a big enough thank you for you - our wedding was incredible! More than we could ever have expected, you made the day absolutely perfect for us. You and the whole team have been so kind since the very first day we spoke, and having our wedding at Western House is the best decision we have ever made. The best day EVER! The best day EVER!
We got married at the western house hotel in April 2025 & it was so much fun from start to finish. The staff were so friendly & helpful throughout the day and on the lead up too! Laura the wedding co-ordinator was so lovely and happy to help with any questions we had. The venue & grounds are absolutely stunning. We also loved the honeymoon suite with the hot tub and lovely views! Highly recommend! We got married at the western house hotel in April 2025 & it was so much fun from start to finish. The most perfect day!The most perfect day!
We had our magical day on 5/5/24 at the Western House Hotel and it couldn't have been any better. The venue is beautiful from the pristine gardens and grounds, to the classy decor inside and the amazing staff who couldn't do enough for us. From the moment we booked our wedding, Laura, our wedding coordinator, looked after us perfectly and accommodated all of our wants and needs. On the day of our wedding Laura and Vincent ensured everything went seamlessly and we did not have a worry in the world. Our guests had an amazing time and everyone loved the food and drinks offered :) Thank you Western House Hotel!! Or wedding was everything we wanted and more !! Best Day Ever Best Day Ever
My husband and I got married at the western house in November and it was the best day. From the day we had our viewing right through to our big day everyone was so helpful. The staff were lovely from the start to the very end of the day. I would highly recommend the western house for a wedding and also for a weekend stay.
