The award winning Wennington Hall is now open and the historic building will be the setting for picture perfect weddings in the delightful village of Wennington. Featuring an impressive Main Hall, stunning indoor and outdoor spaces including terraces and acres of gorgeous gardens and grounds, Wennington Hall offers endless opportunities for wedding celebrations in the stunning Lune Valley. The function room, a large open space flooded with natural light from the huge arched windows, has a wedding capacity for up to 140 seated guests. Opening up onto a terrace surrounded by planters and offering feature lighting, the feel of this stunning space is perfect for wedding celebrations. Featuring a dedicated kitchen, and acres of gorgeous grounds, there’s no shortage of possibilities here. The building itself, with towers, turrets, spiral staircases and gothic arches galore is simply magnificent, and aims to be the most romantic and the most fun wedding and events venue in North Lancashire and South Lakes. With 20 boutique bedrooms currently finished and more planned, there is plenty of space to make Wennington Hall your home away from home for all of your family and friends. Wennington Hall truly has it all, including various style options for your special day. With plans to accommodate festival, outdoor or more traditional manor house style weddings amongst the gorgeous grounds within the Lune Valley.

We turned up at the venue the night prior only to realise an elderly family member was very unsteady on the stairs to her room. Wennington hall went above and beyond to put here in a newly finished ground floor apartment onsite with accessibility bars/features at minimal additional cost to ensure her safety. It is a stunning building and the decor inside is very unique from hand painted ceilings to every bedroom being individually decorated. We knew as soon as we walked in it was the venue for us. The staff obviously work very hard to maintain the venue in such good condition. As for service the staff at the venue went above and beyond for us, we couldn’t of asked for more. Both in the planning and on the day the support we received was amazing. The venue is absolutely perfect. When will we start to plan our wedding with Wennington Hall?
After you confirm your wedding with us here at Wennington Hall, we will next need to see you to run through the details of your day about six months prior to your wedding. We then finalise your big day with you one month prior to your day. However, we understand that you will probably have lots of questions and queries leading up to your special day and so please feel free to arrange an appointment to pop in at any time. We are here every step of the way to answer any questions you may have and offer some helpful advice so please do not hesitate to phone or email us whenever you need to.
