Description
As the proud owner and designer of our venue, I will endeavour to ensure your wedding is perfect, i will be at your side throughout the planning and be present on your special day, creating a great atmosphere, preparing great food, and ensuring a totally relaxed day. Realax from the minute you meet us as we undertake all the hard work, allowing you time for the enjoyable bits. We have bridal suite available for 2 days and provide a driver to take your guests safely back to the local travel lodge, should they be staying there, following your special day. The licensed venue is superb for a totally memorable experience, reception only weddings for those wishing to marry elsewhere are just as great . Our typical wedding consists of the ceremony followed by drinks and canapes in the garden whilst you have your photos taken, this may include our lovely Alpaca. The main breakfast consists of pork, lamb or both served to your tables with sides of potatoes, salad, rolls, coleslaw and sauces, our staff can usually serve 100 guests in approximately 5 minutes so you all eat at the same time, this is accompanied by wine which is included. Following a brief break to allow for a toilet break, a quick smoke or visit to the bar we serve a choice of desserts before charging the glasses with prosecco for the all important speeches. Time to relax before the evening guests arrive for the first dance and evening party, we have a choice of djs which are included or you can provide your own or even add a band. Whilst you are relaxing and enjoying the evening we will be serving an unlimited bbq until 10.30pm, whilst the music continues until 12 For non drinkers free coffee/tea is available throughout the day and evening. We fully decorate the beautiful marquee.The venue is available the day before your wedding to allow you to add personal touches to maximise the occasion. I look forward to showing off our venue.

The figures stated are a rough guide and are for guests wishing to attend both the daytime and evening party, and includes the venue hire with decorations, additional decorations can be added to personalise the venue to suit your own colour scheme or theme.
following your on site or offsite ceremony you and your guests will be welcomed with canapes and welcome drinks in the gardens whils have photos taken, this is followed by the main wedding breakfast which includes a drinks package and desserts, the drinks package consists of 2 bottlesof wine per table and toasting drinks ( prosecco) for the speaches.
After the speeches a short break before the evening guests arrive for your first dance, and a bbq supper served for 3 hours to soak up the drink from our inhose bar that is reasonably priced. We have a choice of dj which is included in the price or you can use your own, there is also space for live music .
we even include a shuttle service from 10pm for guests staying at the local tracel lodge.

The hot tasty food which left no one hungry? It was Andy and Kirsty the owners that made this place the absolute dream venue. They take you under their wing and look after you throughout and what should have been a stressful wedding planning process, ended up being seamless and everything we could have dreamed of. We had such a good time and every guest commented how wonderful everything was. You will forever be in our hearts and minds for giving us such wonderful memories to treasure. From the day we looked around until after the wedding day, Andy and Kirsty were so friendly and welcoming and catered for everything we asked for. The food was delicious and plenty of it! We were able to ask in advance for any particular drinks we wanted behind the bar and this was catered for. Option of getting married either indoors or outdoors and there's plenty of space for a big wedding, but would also suit a smaller more intimate day. The recommended DJ was also brilliant! They went above and beyond to make our day so special. If you're looking for a relaxed, countryside venue (with optional alpaca!) you definitely won't be disappointed :)We had an absolutely perfect wedding day at the alpaca farm. - FFaye and Andrew11/01/2024The most memorable day of our lives made perfect!The most memorable day of our lives made perfect!Whilst looking high and low for our perfect venue to tie the knot and viewing so many venues it became overwhelming, nothing was ticking the boxes. Until we met the wonderful owners of weddings in kent, alpaca farm. At the time of viewing the venue the owners had shared their vision of what the venue would look like by the time our wedding was due and they had some amazing ideas and building plans for the venue. While discussing our visions for our big day they worked with us to enhance our own ideas and were dedicated to create the most perfect day.They were reasuring all the way through and gave us regular updates of progress which was fun to watch the venue become something spectacular and unique. As a couple we felt so part of the progress that the alpaca farm now holds a very special place in our hearts. My family (brides side) is huge and its a testament to the alpaca farm that nearly 200 guests still talk about our wedding to this day with comments as big as "yours is the best wedding i have ever been to" till this day. The staff bent over backwards and went above and beyond to make it special. So many personal touches that i look back at my day and realise how hard they all worked to give us a day to remember. No venue could accomodate for how many guests we had and make it look as calm and serene as the alpaca farm did. As you can tell i highly recommend you meet with weddings in kent if you are looking for your wedding to tailor specific needs and even if you dont have an idea they will have plenty to bring to the table. The other thing i need to touch on (coming from someone that has been to a lot of weddings with her huge family) is that the food was incredible compared to a lot of other places ive been too and they accomodate to any special food requirements without making it the bog standard boring recipes. If you are vegan it isnt a problem, if you are celiac it isnt a problem and you wont be served a salad leaf but actually a really lovely meal. The food is amazing.I can assure you there isnt anything these guys cant do to give you a truly special day. Rescheduled 3 times and finally married in September 2021. Andy was so supportive throughout the whole ordeal and I felt completely at ease knowing we could be flexible with the changing rules etc. When the big day finally arrived, everything ran like clockwork. Andy and his team were really professional and I didn't worry about a thing. They were accommodating for all of my guests needs, whether that was dietary, mobility or random drinks choices! The best thing about Weddings In Kent is how we had the whole venue from Thursday to Sunday to set up, get organised and clean up without trying to cram it into one day. We were able to decorate all aspects of the venue how we wanted, with Andy and team on hand to support with any questions. The addition of the Alpaca made the day extra special and the guests still talk about them 2 years on! The space is so versatile and one thing my guests commented on was how it kept everyone together but the different areas allowed people to have quiet conversations or get down on the dancefloor! Another winning aspect for us was the shuttle from the venue to the nearby hotel. Given how remote the venue is, this was a great help and reassuring to know our guests got back to the hotel safely. We opted for a country and western theme as we didn’t want anything too formal. The food was fantastic and because so much was organised by them we didn’t have to go to lots of different suppliers. The whole day went swimmingly (even on the hottest day of the year) and our family and guests still talk about it now 7 months on. The food was delicious, the venue was rustic and laidback feel with grass so the kids could even play football. Surrounded by the cutest of animals. So rustic, and there wasn’t much needed to make it perfect. The team are always renovating and thinking of the next job that each time you visit, there’s something extra which adds to your day in some way or another. They work so hard and are so caring. Could not fault them at all. We wanted a non traditional wedding with the formal I do’s. Who else can say they had pixie the alpaca as their ring bearer!! Move over kids.. there’s a new girl in town. The venue was perfect in every way for us. Don’t forget the sundown pics! Could not recommend this venue enough. Thankyou again from the bottom of our hearts.
