Based in the historic market town of Southam with stunning gardens surrounded by an abundance of trees, our landscaped terrace and sunken garden creates a romantic setting perfect for exchanging vows and celebrating with loved ones. With both elegant indoor and outdoor event spaces that can facilitate weddings from a small and intimate to lavish celebration. Warwick House is yours exclusively – your wedding, your way and your home for the day.
Whether you’re planning a small ceremony or a lavish reception, Warwick House offers everything you could need for an unforgettable day. Licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to a maximum of 150 guests, enabling you to celebrate your day in one gorgeous location. For a warm and elegant welcome for your guests, the Regency Room is an ideal setting to host a drinks reception. Inside, each room is beautifully appointed and the Banqueting Hall boasts ample space for dancing and entertainment with doors leading out to the wonderful garden and terrace. For couples who have their hearts set on an outdoor service, the beautiful gazebo area is available from March to October for occasions with up to 150 guests weather permitting.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer care. From your personal professional wedding planner, who will assist you in arranging your perfect day to our inhouse catering team offering meals crafted from locally sourced ingredients. With everything from canapés and plated wedding breakfasts to casual buffets and hog roasts, they can accommodate a wide variety of tastes. To complement your mouth-watering meal, friendly bartenders are delighted to pour fine wines, champagnes, and personalised cocktails.
At the end of your celebrations retire to our iconic Honeymoon Suite, the real charm of this room lies in its sumptuous four-poster bed, lavish en suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. While your chosen guests can retire to one of our 15 exquisite rooms.

- SSarah & Ross10/05/2025BEST DAY EVER!BEST DAY EVER!Every single person we dealt with at Warwick House, from the initial open day to the morning after breakfast, went out of their way to make our day absolutely perfect. The venue is so perfectly designed for weddings, with the gorgeous ceremony and celebration spaces, great getting ready area and lovely hotel rooms for after. The team helped organise every detail and the software they use make it so manageable and easy. The food was also delicious, all our guests are still talking about it. - MMatt and Nicola10/06/2023An amazing venue taking everything in their stride to make our special day magicalAn amazing venue taking everything in their stride to make our special day magicalIt’s not every day you arrive for the morning of your wedding at 8:30am and inform your wedding planner that the brides father passed away an hour earlier. We do feel this review needs that context to explain just how amazing they are at Warwick House. Since the start of our journey with them in securing the venue they have been in touch continuously to run through any details, advise where we are and any details we may want clarifying are no trouble at all. The details are effortless and the staff are honest when talking about your extras you may want vs value for money. As a whole though this venue is great value for a single use venue. Plus they allow dogs which sold us straight away. Now the loose theme of our wedding was a Harry Potter theme ( I use the term loose when in reality it became it’s own monster, but by god it looked perfect). Opting for the pimp your Prosecco cart which ended as a pimp whatever drink you can think of adding fruits an extra flavours to. But a detail we missed in naming the Ingredients wasn’t missed by our wedding planner Charlie, taking time to encompass our theme and add in the little details like Harry Potter themed signs and making sure the white space hoppers were inflated and ready to go we genuinely adored the efforts they went to. Seriously we cannot recommend this venue enough, all the staff are truly amazing and they helped make our day so special and personal even down to the venue DJ finding Hedwig’s theme to play while we cut the cake. It was just a matter of picking a date, just 3 months away. Natasha supported us through the planning process and ensured we had the most perfect day. We had several compliments from guests ( including octogenarians) saying it was the best wedding they had been to.
