Magical place to get married

We got married at Titchwell Manor in September 2022 and couldn't be happier with how it went. Even prior to the wedding we visited multiple times where they were so accommodating, Amy, Kirsty and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure we had our perfect day. The staff (especially Ronaldo & Trevor) were amazing throughout the day, keeping our 65 guests happy and also checking in with us the whole day to make sure everything is up to our standard and it certainly was. A professional and experienced team, the food is outstanding, the Chefs are incredible, there's a huge choice of drinks and to top it off the accommodation is amazing. All our guests loved the day and their weekend away at Titchwell. I can't wait to go back and visit the team.

The most perfect venue

We got married at Titchwell Manor in August (2022). Everything was perfect. The staff are incredible - they do everything to make sure the day goes amazingly. They all treat you as though you are the most special bride and groom to get married there - even though so many do. We are so glad we chose Titchwell. For us, one of the most important things about the venue is that it is situated 5 minutes from the beach and was idea for photographs. We loved our day from start to finish and wouldn't change a thing. The food was simply delicious too!

Absolutely Perfect Wedding at Titchwell Manor Hotel

We had the absolute perfect wedding at Titchwell Manor Hotel and would recommend it to everyone looking for a wedding venue! The setting and decor are so idyllic, the food is incredible, the staff are all unreservedly friendly, generous, and accommodating, and we were able to fully relax on the day knowing that Amy and Kirstie had everything under control! With the two-day takeover, it was wonderful to have all our loved ones in the same place from the day before the wedding, spent visiting over garden games and drinks followed by a lovely barbecue, to the farewell breakfast the morning after. When discussing the wedding on our honeymoon, we could find only praise for the whole experience and team at Titchwell Manor Hotel!

It was amazing, could NOT have gone better!

It was amazing, could NOT have gone better. We had such a good time thank you so much for your help. Honestly perfect. And the rest of the week, we stayed until the Friday and everyone working kept coming to tell us how much they enjoyed it too which is what we wanted, not too feel like a chore haha. I’m sure they were just being polite but everyone is so lovely :) Thank you again for helping to make our day perfect and if you could thank everyone else too that would be lovely!

Titchwell really gave us the most brilliant wedding day that went above and beyond our expectations

We recently got married at Titchwell Manor (September 2021) and I honestly could not recommend them enough. Firstly the venue is absolutely stunning, extremely well kept and the decor is beautiful. The staff are amazing too but Amy is an absolute credit to the hotel who made me feel at ease from the first meeting, she knows exactly what she’s doing! Also the rest of the staff are so lovely, they made all my guests feel welcome with their relaxed but professional manor, and they made our wedding night (Ronaldos fabulous dancing!) which people still talk about now! Every one of my guests has said they’d like to come back and visit because the rooms were so immaculate, the food was amazing and it’s the perfect spot close to the beach. Titchwell really gave us the most brilliant wedding day that went above and beyond our expectations, so I would recommend any couples to go and have a look around as you will fall in love with the whole atmosphere of the place just as we did!

Book it you won't regret it!

Guy is originally from Norfolk, and we have always loved the North Norfolk coast, so we looked at venues in the area. After our first visit, all other venues were then compared to Titchwell, but we knew it was the winner before seeing any others. We wanted a wedding/reception to be all in one location with guests staying on-site. It was the perfect size for this, any bigger and you start to lose the personal touch. Titchwell was open to our ideas and worked with us to make the day special. I think the memory will actually be the entire weekend, with 90% of the guests arriving on Friday, which made it feel like a party weekend. The food was excellent and the arrival of the beef wellington definitely got everybody talking and eating, and the speeches were memorable for most. The menu to us was important, wanting to use local produce. We gave the chef a few ideas, and they developed the menu around this for us. The tasting was excellent and, from our feedback, the final choice was made. Local crab for starter, beef wellington main, and a light lemon dessert. This was then followed by a cheese course with port; No one went hungry. Later in the evening, we had fish and chips to fuel the party and keep everyone on the dance floor. The team were 10 out of 10, from breakfast through to last orders. Not only did they look after us, but also all the guests and made them feel special as well. So much so we had multiple people feedback to us what a great team Titchwell have, and they would visit again. [To anyone considering booking Titchwell Manor for their wedding venue,] book it you won't regret it. We have discussed if we would change anything on the day, and we wouldn’t. Everything was perfect for us. The team will work with you, guide you if needed, but ultimately it is your choice how you want the day to run and they will ensure it happens. Having everyone stay in the same location allowed people to enjoy themselves and created a great atmosphere for the whole weekend.

We would do it all again at Titchwell in a heartbeat

What can I say... we had to postpone our big day 4 times due to covid!!! The team at Titchwell especially Amy were fantastic. They effortlessly changed our date everytime to suite and we're so supportive through the difficult year. We regularly met with Amy to discuss plans and she was fantastic at helping/recommending suppliers. The whole day was breathtaking from the beautifully decorated bar area to the bespoke guest rooms. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they accomodated our every need. We literally had the best day of our lives and we would do it all again at Titchwell in a heartbeat. We can't wait to celebrate our first year anniversary at the Hotel

It was everything we imagined and more

We chose Titchwell because it felt like being at home, but if our home was better! Being able to have guests stay, ceremony and reception in the same venue just a stone’s through from the beach was really important. Photos on the beach were beautiful. The food was also one of our priorities, and it was absolutely amazing. I really loved being able to sit all together at one table which such delicious food (and dessert especially!). We loved how the team catered to our loves – tacos for canapes, three desserts just like Andrew’s mum always does, and delicious food for our vegetarian guest. The food was outstanding, but also accessible for fussy guests. Ronaldo and the team honestly were amazing. They guessed what we wanted – it was like they knew exactly our vision and executed it without us even saying anything. I also loved how Ronaldo brought us our favourite cocktails straight after the ceremony – just when we needed it. And of course, the staff joining in the silent disco and by the end of the night they felt like family too! All the guests were talking (and still are!) About how lovely everyone was and how they really made it even better. It was honestly the most perfect day. It was everything we imagined and more.

We had the most perfect weekend

We had the most perfect weekend. Staying over the night before made it extra special, like a mini-holiday. It felt like everyone was on a wedding high with us; being able to eat amazing food, drink and dance together was so special (and probably more specially thanks to the Covid life we had all been living). We choose Titchwell Manor for our Wedding because of the location, obviously the beautiful hotel and being able to hire the place to ourselves so we didn’t have to worry about little ones or dogs running around. Other than our vows, the best/most memorable part of the day was the evening!! Seeing everyone (including the staff) have such an amazing time together doing all the things we have missed over the last 18 months was incredible!! The food was incredible! All the guests loved it! We weren’t sure what to have for dessert, so Amy just said pick whatever we liked – so we choose strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake, which wasn’t even on the menu. Literally the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Book the whole place. Stay for the whole weekend and take it all and book back for your wedding anniversary next year which is what we plan to do. We honestly would not have changed a single thing from start to finish and we love that we can come back year after year for our anniversary in the exact place we got married.

We honestly would not have changed a single thing from start to finish

We had the most perfect weekend. Staying over the night before made it extra special, like a mini-holiday which after a life of lockdown was amazing. As we were 5 days after the restrictions lifted, it felt like everyone was on a wedding high with us; being able to eat amazing food, drink and dance together was so special (and probably more specially thanks to the Covid life we have all been living). [We choose Titchwell Manor for our Wedding because] of the location, obviously the beautiful hotel and being able to hire the place to ourselves so we didn’t have to worry about little ones or dogs running around. [Other than our vows, the best/most memorable part of the day] was the evening!! Seeing everyone (including the staff) have such an amazing time together doing all the things we have missed over the last 18 months was incredible!! The staff seemed to enjoy being there as much as we do, they all felt part of the wedding. [The food was] incredible! All the guests loved it! We weren’t sure what to have for dessert, so Amy just said pick whatever we liked - so we choose strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake, which wasn’t even on the menu. Literally the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. [The team were] incredible from start to finish. They literally felt part of the wedding. So welcoming, having a laugh and a joke with us, some of the guests still mention their favourite bar tender. So brilliant with letting the children have all the fun they wanted in the garden. [To anyone considering booking Titchwell Manor for their wedding venue:] Book the whole place. Stay for the whole weekend and take it all and book back for your wedding anniversary next year which is what we plan to do. Describe the best wedding that happened at Titchwell Manor - A Coastal House Hotel?

There are too many to choose from! All our couples are so unique and it's really important to me that we build a relationship with the couple to make sure we make the day about them and what is important to them. A smaller wedding which really stood out for me, was when they had just 20 guests. The bride was Italian and the groom English. She just looked stunning! The room was very intimate and the ceremony was read in both English and Italian. Everyone was so relaxed and it was beautiful. They kept it minimal with details but the champagne flowed all afternoon! They had a 4 course tasting menu which was created specifically for them. A larger wedding that also stood out for me would be a brilliant couple who got married in January. They were so organised and knew exactly what they wanted! Winter weddings always look wonderful at the hotel with our fairy lights and open fires. The guests had a great time partying the night away and again, they were real foodies so the chefs were very excited to create a menu with their chosen requests.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Make sure you take a moment to yourselves when you can! The day goes so fast and it's over in a flash. We often give our couples the opportunity to come and look at the conservatory before we call the guests to dinner. I love this moment because that's the time we know we've captured what our couples have imagined for their day. Another idea we encourage is having a relaxed meal with family and friends the night before. This is to help on the day when our couples are trying to make sure they have spoken to everyone! It really helps and reassures them if they have managed to catch up with people the night before and takes the pressure off a little too.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

Being within walking distance to the local beach, it's really lovely when our couples go with their family and friends prior to the day to collect pebbles to use as name places. It's really popular to do and we find that our location is something our couples love. Whether they got engaged on the same beach, or just made memories with loved ones collecting pebbles, we think it's fab!
