The Wharf, Teddington

My son and his bride celebrated their wedding day at the Wharf yesterday and would like to highly recommend this venue to anyone thinking of holding their wedding reception here to do so. Excellent food, extremely efficient staff and very helpful management. Nothing is too much bother for them and are eager to ensure your day goes faultlessly. Highly recommend

The compliments from our guests on the food and the venue flooded in afterwards, they couldn't rate it highly enough. The bar staff were also brilliant and no one had to wait for their next G&T or beer! We can't thank everyone at The Wharf enough for making our day so special - especially Barbara, for making the whole organisation so easy. We definitely know where we will be celebrating our wedding anniversaries for years to come.

Any small changes weren't a problem at all for her and she always made sure I had the latest plan sent back to me promptly. On the day the venue looked absolutely stunning and exactly how we had planned it. The staff were incredible, the Manager for the evening made sure we had a drink in our hands all night; whether that was a glass of champagne or a glass of water. The food was absolutely incredible, and the staff ensured everyone's food was served promptly and pipping hot.

The Wharf made our wedding party absolutely amazing. It was the best experience we have ever had, it will stay with us forever. From the first conversations with Barbara - she made it all so easy. She listened to what we wanted to achieve, she helped make the best recommendations on the food and wine and for all the little extra details like the party lights, pianist etc, she made sure I had the contact details to hand. I work as a recommended cake supplier at The Wharf several times a year. The team (Debbie & KP particularly) are fantastic and I absolutely love working with them! A professional, friendly and personal approach and all my clients have echoed such positive experiences. A lovely venue for a wedding reception or have an event with the added bonus of access by river and river views. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Everything went very well, and your team of staff were great, special mention to the gentleman who looked after us for the duration of the evening, he was very attentive, wonderful service. Thank you, thank you and thank you, I cannot say it enough . We had an excellent evening on Sunday, the first floor area was perfect for us. Please convey our thanks and gratitude to all the members of staff working on New Years Eve, the service was second to none and the food of course was superb. A quick email to say thank you for arranging our party. It went so well and everyone had a lovely time. So many compliments about the venue and  the canapes were delicious. Please pass on our thanks to the staff on the night who were very friendly and helpful.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and everyone at The Wharf for our wedding on Saturday. It was incredible! So many people came up to us to say what an amazing venue it was, and how lovely the food was. I was quite blown away as to how the quality of the food was maintained at such a high standard for 80+ people - nothing short of a miracle! And nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, we had so many positive comments from all our guests, and so I wanted to pass on our huge thanks. We had a great time, and I will definitely get onto reviewing you on Trip Advisor when we are back from honeymoon! Thanks again, Kerry 

Apologies for the late response but I wanted to thank you and everyone at the Wharf for such a lovely day. Everyone was helpful and pleasant the whole day, getting the whole thing to run smoothly and allowing us to relax and enjoy the occasion. That’s even despite us asking to change the timelines here and there and causing occasional confusion! The food was all wonderful and was much complimented as was the venue and the staff. I can’t think of any significant issues we had and I hope we didn’t cause any trouble for yourself and your staff. The day was well managed and all your staff were great but I would like to single out the young woman with the dark curly hair, who’s name I didn’t catch unfortunately, who was always smiling and couldn’t do enough for us even when she had to rustle up some dishes for the cake at short notice!
