Approached at the entrance by a member of staff who looked after us all the way. Members of staff had great helpful attitude, nothing was too much trouble. They put in effort with my young daughter and made her feel special. She was also very impressed! Will be returning soon with my other daughter and partner. The food is beautiful, they serve a fantastic afternoon tea with prosecco (very generous limit). The decor is modern and comfortable. We were there so long (6 hours!) they needed us to move, we were given a little area to ourselves. Emily was great from the moment we entered. A table was reserved for us, my partner has a disability. Plenty of room to get around. Service was quick and efficient. Always smiling and helpful. The room is absolutely gorgeous, a mini apartment which is immaculately furnished and has a spa bath and is fully equipped with beverages and was extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is also very well decorated.
