At The Talbot we believe that planning a wedding shouldn’t be a stressful time at all. Let our experienced wedding manager help and guide you through each and every step. We understand that every single wedding is different and from the initial enquiry to your final detail meeting, we will listen to your requirements and make them become a reality. Our Surrey Barns provides the perfect place for an intimate ceremony under fairy lights and original 15th century beams for up to 70 guests. The Wisley Suite is the perfect room for your wedding breakfast, with high ceilings, chandeliers and plenty of natural daylight. In the evening watch this room transform to your reception room ready to party! The Talbot offers plenty of charm and character and together with our 43 bedrooms and a license for a civil ceremony, you can enjoy your whole day with us. No matter what the size or scale of your wedding, we have the flexibility to work with your budget and advise you how to make your day one that your family and friends will enjoy and be talking about for years. We offer three menus to cater for all your food choices, which range from £39.95 pp - £49.95 pp. If choosing a package, these costs are included These are the Vintage (£39.95 pp), Crystal (£44.95 pp) and the Diamond (£49.95 pp) menu packages. Select 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert of your choice from your chosen menu. Children are charged £20 for 3 courses from the children's menu. Best Day Every!Best Day Every!
We got married in May at The Talbot and had the most wonderful day. The weather was gorgeous which meant we were able to make use of the garden and the courtyard to its fullest!! Krystyna was fantastic from start to finish and made us feel completely at ease, the day could not have been more calm and relaxed, for us :-)!! The Talbot was just a fantastic venue for our wedding. It was the only venue we viewed and when we met Krystyna we just knew it was the place for us. You won't meet another wedding and event planner like Krystyna, she is extremely experienced, personable and I felt like I had known her for ages. Krystyna and the Talbot were so flexible with our requests, and also had some great ideas and suggestions for our special day, as well as recommended suppliers. The Talbot was just a fantastic venue for our wedding. It was the only venue we viewed and when we met Krystyna we just knew it was the place for us. From start to finish Krystyna and the whole team were incredible. The venue is exactly what I envisioned and catered to my every need. I had regular contact and meetings leading up to the big day with changes and number being amended right up until the last minute. Nothing was ever too much. Krystyna made me feel so at ease on the day and wiped my tears away right before I walked down the aisle. She keep me informed of the next steps along the way and made everything flow so seamlessly.From start to finish Krystyna and the whole team were incredible. The Perfect Autumnal WeddingThe Perfect Autumnal Wedding
We had the wedding of our dreams at The Talbott Inn, and we cannot recommend the venue and our incredible team of vendors highly enough! The Inn itself is a truly classic building, full of history, providing a beautiful foundation for our day. It was the perfect, cozy setting for our autumnal rustic wedding theme, especially the magnificent ceremony room with its wooden beams. The venue is full of character. Outside, the woodland areas and the gorgeous ivy changing colour—all those reds, oranges, and yellows—made for some truly amazing photos. Making sure the day ran seamlessly was the incredible Krystyna, who deserves a huge special thank you. She was so amazing during the planning stages and even more so on the day, ensuring everything was set up well and that everything went smoothly. We genuinely could not have done it without her calm, organised approach. The vendors we chose were equally outstanding. Our photographer captured some amazing shots and was excellent at capturing the autumnal theme. He was incredibly prompt, organised, and professional—a dream to work with! And for the evening reception, DJ2K was amazing at keeping the mood fun and making the night super enjoyable. He made the whole party super easy and stress-free because he was so knowledgable on the venue and systems they use. We didn't have to worry about a thing! We wanted to say the biggest thank you to Krystyna our wedding organiser and the amazing team at the Talbot for making our wedding day on the 14th December the best day ever! It was all and more than we had hoped for. From the evening before to the end of our wedding day, absolutely everything went perfectly and that is thanks to you and your great team.
