From the moment we met Adrian and Tara we knew The Silverbirch was where we were going to get married. They made the journey so easy for us, helping in any way they could! Every member of staff was so pleasant and helpful throughout and the food was amazing, we had so many people comment on the great meal. Words cannot describe how amazing the management and staff of the Silverbirch Hotel are. From the date my daughter and her boyfriend looked at this venue for their wedding reception they were so impressed by the friendly and welcoming manner from all the staff. Venue booked and Rachel was the coordinator who was so very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem to her and willing to reassure and answer any questions that aroseWords cannot describe how amazing the management and staff of the Silverbirch Hotel are. Went to a wedding of two very close friends. From the moment we arrived till we left the next day every thing was excellent. My sister had her wedding meal and evening do here and all I have to say is a massive thank you to all the staff for the fantastic job that they did. After working in hospitality for so long it's rare that I have such high praise to give but it is definitely deserved here. The meal was lovely, the staff were so friendly and helpful and everything just went so well. A particular thank you to Emma who not only served our table with the utmost attentiveness but also served us for breakfast. My sister had her wedding meal and evening do here and all I have to say is a massive thank you to all the staff for the fantastic job that they did. The Silverbirch Hotel was the best venue we could have chosen! From the attention to detail to the quality of the the food was brilliant! The staff went out of there way to help us in every way the could. Also the fact that it was local to us and most of our family members made it less stressful and more relaxed day for everyone. We thank all the staff from the silverbirch hotel for everything! A special thank you to our wedding coordinator Adrian , You certainly made our day! The Silverbirch Hotel was the best venue we could have chosen! From the attention to detail to the quality of the the food was brilliant! We highly recommend the Silver Birch Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us plan our special day and were very helpful giving us suppliers and ideas. My dietary requirements were met and made me feel as ease. My friend had her wedding reception here and the food was amazing so we knew when we were looking at wedding venues that we would choose the Silver Birch. If you want good food,friendly staff and will help you no matter what it is then its the hotel for you. Tara is brilliant at her job and made our day so much easier knowing everything what taken care of. We highly recommend the Silver Birch Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us plan our special day and were very helpful giving us suppliers and ideas. My dietary requirements were met and made me feel as ease.
