Facilities and Capacity
The Post Barn is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and offers flexible spaces to suit your guest list:
- Ceremony: Up to 150 guests
- Sit-down Wedding Breakfast: Between 20 and 150 guests
- Evening Reception: Up to 220 guests
- On-site Dressing Room
- Bar, mezzanine and main barn with floor-to-ceiling Crittal windows & doors
- Upper and Lower Lawns, rose-arch walkway, patio and outdoor kitchen
- Located in the grounds of Donnington & Co. Hotel with 111 bedrooms, spa, health club, restaurant and golf course
Ceremonies
Licensed for ceremonies inside and out, The Post Barn hosts weddings, receptions and religious fire ceremonies for up to 150 guests. Say 'I do' under our stunning vaulted ceiling in the barn or outside on the Upper or Lower Lawn. Celebrate with up to 150 daytime guest and up to 220 guests for an evening reception. Coming soon for 2027 is our new woodland ceremony space - enquire for details.

Our barn and grounds are available for exclusive Venue Hire with food and drinks packages staring from £8,995. You can find our full pricing breakdown on our website. We also have a selection of limited-time packages available at The Post Barn. From Twilight Weddings to our All-Inclusive Vibe, our packages start from £5,995.
Dining
From wedding banquets and feasting platters to canapes, fine dining and late-night snacks, our hand crafted menus suit every style. Don't see exactly what you want? We love creating bespoke, seasonal dishes using locally sourced produce. The OutPost, our outdoor kitchen, is perfect for evening grazing with a rotisserie, pizza oven and BBQ in the summer.

Set within the grounds of Donnington & Co. estate, The Post barn sits just across the golf course from the hotel. With 111 bedrooms, tranquil spa, and an 18-hole golf course, it's the perfect place to extend your wedding celebrations. Whether you're planning a rehearsal dinner, a day after brunch or simply a little pampering in the spa, Donnington is the ideal setting.

Set among 120 acres of rolling green hills in the Donnington & Co. estate, The Post Barn is conveniently positioned with easy access to A34, M4 and yet tucked away enough to feel like you're in your own Berkshire countryside haven.
