Whether your wedding is an intimate or grand affair, our team can provide you with the guidance and experience to assist you in your special day. From the initial discussions to saying farewell to your wedding guests our team will make sure you receive the very best attention, and with the country park on its doorstep, The Orangery is the perfect venue for your special day.
When hiring The Orangery, in return you will have exclusive use of the Orangery Banqueting Suite, the Grove Reception Area plus the East Pavilion, which may be either used as a reception area or as a rest area for your guests. In addition we are pleased to provide exclusive use of our Bridal Room, also audio and microphone equipment, cake stand & knife, white linen table cloths and napkins and bar facilities. You also have the unique opportunity for photographs within The Orangery and Orangery Gardens, however we would point out that there is public access to this area but every effort will be made to ensure privacy during your wedding photography session.
We also have a license to hold civil wedding and civil partnership ceremonies here at The Orangery.

- AAmanda and Mike16/09/2025The best wedding ever!!The best wedding ever!!This is how our guests described our wedding. Absolutely everything was perfect, except for the rain, but we can't help that! From the very beginning when we first visited The Orangery we knew this was where we wanted to get married. The venue is beautiful, very regal, and Debra was amazing from the beginning to the end. Debra had a calming and reassuring influence over us each time we met, she came up with some brilliant ideas, recommendations and advice!!This is how our guests described our wedding. In the run up to the day we felt so reassured and supported - Deb talked us through every detail, made us feel like anything we wanted was possible and no big deal, and on our final meeting, answered so many of our panicked and often silly questions! All of the staff were so kind, patient, and helpful - letting us enjoy the day and night with total peace of mind.We - and our guests - had an absolutely incredible time! Nothing was ever too much trouble and it helped the day (and set up day) run seamlessly. Thank you so so much for everything. The food exceeded our expectations. We had so many comments about the incredible food (someone said it was the best lamb they had ever had), the friendly staff and of course the beautiful setting. We had the most perfect day and so much of that is down to Sophie, Debra and the team. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it helped the day (and set up day) run seamlessly. Thank you so so much for everything. The food exceeded our expectations. We had so many comments about the incredible food (someone said it was the best lamb they had ever had), the friendly staff and of course the beautiful setting.
