I had only seen the venue online, the website is a little clunky and you know there are a lot of weddings a day. But my goodness, when you arrive on the day as a bride, the staff are exceptional. Everything runs with such precision and the registrars are all absolutely wonderful. You and your guests are put at ease and everything runs very well. Each room is beautiful and pre wedding the staff are really helpful with email queries etc. We even managed to move to a bigger room last minute due to a cancellation.
