I just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything, all your help and organising, planning...You did an amazing job,, everything was perfect. All the staff on the day were absolutely fabulous! Honestly we all had the best time ! It couldn't have gone any better. I had the best day and it was amazing seeing everything come together just how I had imagined and even better! There certainly aren’t enough words to emphasise what a truly perfect day it was. The team put Andrew and I at complete ease from the moment we arrived. Little things we would never have thought of - they had it covered. Everything flowed so seamlessly and every guest commented on how incredibly professional both Lynn & Shea were and how they were a literal joy to be around. Everything was exactly as we had wanted and the attention to detail completely exceeded our expectations.There certainly aren’t enough words to emphasise what a truly perfect day it was. Each and every one member of staff were extremely kind, friendly, professional, interesting, and excited for Lorraine and I. They really made our day magical. Lynn Beggs is truly an incredible person who went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly and wonderful. The staff you have are wonderful and they make the Merchant the hotel it is. From the very moment we chose to have our wedding in the merchant, all was plain sailing. Nothing was an issue. Lynn, our wedding planner, has been our rock! So professional yet with a sensible approach in guiding us in our journey. Our wedding day was made even more special by having Shea and Erin with us to ensure everything went as planned. Fantastic from start to finishFantastic from start to finish
The food was amazing, we have had so many people say it was one of the best meals they have had never mind a wedding meal! Entire staff was fantastic from start to finish- attentive, pleasant, they were brilliant. Thank you for looking after us. Genuinely you made everything we wanted into a reality. Everything seemed so straight forward we kept thinking we were missing something but that was because we literally didn’t need to worry as it was all in hand!
