In a meadow location you need all the basics covered so we encourage you to choose our Marquee Package, which includes everything you need for a successful party including our own elegant marquees with lighting, tables and seating along with charming details like rugs, fires, and hay bales if you require.
With all the basics taken care of we invite you to infuse your celebration with a personal touch and express your own style, decorations, and culinary choices to craft an event that feels completely personal to you.

It has been the secret backdrop for intimate weddings and unforgettable celebrations for our family and friends for 20 years, so we are thrilled to be opening up to the public this year. Our Essentials Package starts at £3,200 and includes exclusive use of The Meadow for up to 100 guests, with access the day before and day after your event. The package includes ample parking, posh toilets & generators, use of the gardens, and surrounds for beautiful photographs and a venue manager and co-ordinator.
We also offer a Marquee Package which includes everything in the Essentials Package plus our own elegant capri marquees for 100 guests with flooring throughout, decorative internal & external festoon lighting, wooden folding chairs and round tables, catering tents and a chillout area - including fire braziers, firewood, straw bales and wooden barrels for drinks.
Finally, our full Reception Package includes everything in the Marquee Package plus a stage for a live band or DJ, a parquee dancefloor &
disco lighting.
For small additional fees we offer the use of our ceremonial stage for bespoke blessings, and a full PA and sound technician.
We don't put any restrictions on catering or decoration choices - so you are then free to make the event uniquely yours with your own culnary and decorative selections. We do not charge corkage!
We can be very flexible so please do get in touch and let us know exactly what you're looking for, and we will do our best to accomodate.
The Meadow is tucked away in a remote location and to minimise access and set up complications we encourage you to
use our own recommended marquees. However we do understand you may want to make your own arrangements or opt for a different tent supplier. In this case all we ask is a 15% risk handling fee.

We are very proud of our beautiful Capri marquees, with their tall, pointed peaks and graceful curves, offering a striking silhouette with translucent fabric that allows natural light to filter through. Capri marquees can be configured in various ways - open-sided for a breezy, festival feel or fully enclosed for more intimate gatherings.
As evening falls, they glow softly when lit from within, providing a magical atmosphere for your celebration.
