We loved every single second of our time at The Lord Crewe over the 2 days – as did our guests. All of them said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and for that I thank you all for making that happen. The facilities are just amazing, the ambiance of the whole place is second to none, and all of the staff are a credit to the organisation - Professional, friendly, accommodating, personable – the list is endless. The quality of the food over the whole weekend was first class – and again this was commented on by all of the guests. We have always loved The Lord Crewe, and I suspect all of our guests now feel the same as it was a first visit for many of them. We hope to see you again soon. Andy and I would like to say a huge thank you to all of you. You were all simply wonderful. You couldn’t have done more for us to give us the most fantastic day. It went smoothly and was happy and chilled throughout which is exactly what we wanted- but I’m sure you were all running around in the background, working so hard to make it so smooth and chilled for our families and friends. We can honestly say she’s never been more looked after than she was for her entire stay at the Lord Crewe. The chef(s), the bartenders and all the staff went above and beyond! We’re sure it was a bit of a challenge for the chef thinking about what food would be suitable for her to eat! She never wants to be a burden to anyone, so thank you for making her feel like you really wanted to cater for her and give her a great Lord Crewe experience! A special thank you to the bartender who made the cocktails, in her 60 years on this planet, she hasn’t been able to have a cocktail, let alone two!! We cannot begin to tell you how much it means to us both that you were able to make them for her!! As we said before, she doesn’t want to be a burden, so it already meant so much for you to use her ice to make the cocktails, but to make the syrup using her water is just unbelievable!! Thank you to Rebecca, who was with us through our Covid cancellation and has been so accommodating to all our ideas and requests! Emily, thank you for stepping in when Rebecca fell ill and for taking the time to go through every inch of our wedding to make sure you everything was covered! And an even bigger thank you for suggesting that we could have the wedding outside! It completely transformed our ceremony and day! The whole setting was so beautiful and of course it meant that our guests didn’t have to wear masks! All the staff were so friendly, attentive, but not over bearing. The location, accommodation, food, staff and even the weather were no less than perfect! We had our service in the Bishops Dining Room and our wedding breakfast in the Hilyard room. The staff went above and beyond their duties to ensure our day was perfect. The accommodation fitted our needs as there were families with young children, couples and other family members catered for overnight with a lovely breakfast the next day. Everyone was made to feel very welcome and the whole experience from our initial enquiry, through the planning stages to our big day was a relaxed friendly one. I would recommend all aspects.....dining, staying there and if you are thinking of celebrating you wedding in a lovely country setting, then look no further than the Lord Crewe ArmsI decided to hold my wedding here last year.
