The Ivory Pavilion

If you are thinking of booking The Ivory Pavilion for your wedding, just do it now! We had the PERFECT wedding day here, Sarah and Vanessa were both absolutely brilliant in helping us organise our big day from the very beginning. The waiting staff on the day were so friendly and helpful too. The venue has absolutely everything you could wish for, a beautiful rustic castle with a huge marquee, gorgeous gardens and forestry surrounding it for fantastic photos. All of our guests constantly commented on how much they loved it and we even had a couple of them saying they'd wish they'd known about it when they got married! Everything ran like clockwork (despite my late arrival) on the day and we were treated like celebrities. Thank you to everyone at The Ivory Pavilion for the best day of our lives

Absolutely beautiful to celebrate any function. The wedding of my granddaughter was amazing. The venue was beautiful. Food second to none and the waitresses were great no requests ignored or waited on. They were so efficient and friendly. I loved the whole experience and would highly recommend The Ivory for any function

We had our wedding reception here on Saturday the 30th of April. The venue and the staff were absolutely first class. From start to finish we were treated perfectly, Sarah went above and beyond before Vanessa took over our special day and they made it the best day of our lives. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the drinks reception was perfect and the venue was amazing. Our food was excellent and by Posh Nosh(will review them separately). We had our wedding here at the end of April 2022. We booked The Ivory Pavilion as our reception venue at short notice but, from the very first enquiry phonecall, Vanessa was outstanding. She kept in touch with us throughout all our planning and nothing was too much hassle. On the day, everything was set up exactly how we wanted and it looked perfect. Vanessa and the team looked after our guests and kept them comfortable. There are plenty of beautiful photo opportunities around the castle and grounds. All our guests were commenting how nice it was. Also thanks to the catering company who provided tasty food for us all!

We had our wedding reception at The Ivory Pavilion in August 2021, due to covid we only booked the venue a few months in advance and with the help of Sarah thankfully everything was perfect. We were able to visit the venue multiple times in the lead up to the wedding and bring our suppliers out to help plan the day. Sarah was always helpful and accommodating with all our requests. On the day Michael and Vanessa ensured the full day ran smoothly, even with it being the wettest day of the summer and many of our plans and ideas changing last minute!! The bridal party were looked after so well and all our guests commented on how professional and friendly all the staff were throughout the day. The food and evening snacks, as well as the personalised cocktails all got 10/10 reviews. The castle grounds were stunning for photos and luckily due to the weather, inside the castle worked out just as beautiful for most of our photos. Couldn't recommend the Ivory Pavilion enough, just wish we could do it all again!!

From the moment we first viewed The Ivory Pavilion - we were blown away by how gorgeous the venue is and how pretty the surroundings are. The team looked after us throughout the whole planning process and we are delighted that so many of our guests loved the Pavilion as much as we did! Thank you to everyone involved!

The Ivory Pavilion is a beautiful venue. It was the perfect mix of modern and old, a blank canvas for our dream wedding. Covid undoubtedly hit suppliers hard, but unfortunately it has shown the good venues from the not so good. Having moved our wedding once, as restrictions stayed in place we heard less and less from the IP. When it came close to our date, we called to discuss next steps (as we weren’t getting responses to our emails). They informed us that if restrictions were still in place on our date, we would be entitled to a full refund. However, when the time came, and the restrictions were the tightest of the year and the IP was not legally allowed to hold our wedding, they went back on their word. A month on they are still refusing to refund almost £3k of our money, without giving a clear reason and despite the contract (and they) clearly indicating a refund was applicable. Unfortunately I would have to warn future couples off this venue - they were fantastic in the early stages but sadly have left us disappointed and out of pocket, and communicating with them has been near impossible.

I cannot put into words how amazing The Ivory Pavilion is. The venue and its surroundings itself sold me my dream wedding venue. But all the staff is truly what made my day so special. I can’t thank Laura enough for helping me organise everything she truly was an amazing help couldn’t of done it without her. Then on the day mi Michael and the guys, were out of this world !! Nothing and I mean nothing was a bother to them. They were like Having 3 extra bridesmaids lol always looking after me, making sure I had everything I wanted and needed. It wouldn’t of been the same without them. It wasn’t just me they looked after the whole bridal party and every single guest. The Ivory is so lucky to have an amazing team, and I can assure you any bride and groom can put 100% trust into them, to make your big day as special as mine ❤️.

The venue, the staff, the drinks, the food, the help with planning & the setting...AMAZING! Completely private & intimate wedding venue. The staff made everything so personal and hassle free for us, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The marquee was like new and absolutely beautiful & the amazing grounds at the castle meant we didn’t even have to leave the venue for our photographs. We had a bbq menu in summer, the food was to die for, the staff even advised me on the perfect wine to accompany the food. Was absolutely delighted with everything start to finish with the ivory pavilion and would recommend them to any couple looking for a gorgeous venue.
