The whole process from booking the ceremony/event was absolutely excellent. Katie Savino (events manager) and all staff really SHOULD be recognised by JW Lee's Group for their professionalism as do their chefs, bar staff and housekeepers as each and everyone of them went above and beyond to make our day extra special - they were unbelievable, they truly were. Well what can we say, I guess 5* says it all. We had our wedding here Saturday 4 May 2024. The whole process from booking the ceremony/event was absolutely excellent. Katie Savino (events manager) and all staff really SHOULD be recognised by JW Lee's Group for their professionalism as do their chefs, bar staff and housekeepers as each and everyone of them went above and beyond to make our day extra special - they were unbelievable, they truly were.

Katie is so attentive and listened to what we wanted and executed our vision so perfectly we were speechless. Katie and her team are truly sublime and I can not sing their praises loud enough! Nothing was to much of an ask and our day went so smoothly it was unbelievable. Our guests couldn't believe how perfect the day went and were also stunned by how beautiful the venue was. On 11th May 2024 we tied the not and wow! The day was everything we wanted and more. Katie is so attentive and listened to what we wanted and executed our vision so perfectly we were speechless. Katie and her team are truly sublime and I can not sing their praises loud enough! Nothing was to much of an ask and our day went so smoothly it was unbelievable. Our guests couldn't believe how perfect the day went and were also stunned by how beautiful the venue was.

The rooms were beautiful, very clean and tidy and was well equipped with everything you needed. We need to give a shoutout to Katie the events manager. What an incredible woman she is. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication from when we booked to the day was incredible. Anyone who gets to work with to work with Katie will not be disappointed.
