- Basing/Chineham Suite: Ideal for medium-sized weddings, comfortably accommodating up to 120 guests.
- Tournament Suite: A cozy and charming space for more intimate gatherings of up to 80 people.
- Courtyard Gazebo: For a romantic outdoor ceremony, this intimate setting welcomes up to 12 of your closest friends and family.
Our beautiful courtyard and outdoor terrace also offer stunning backdrops for your wedding photos and drinks reception.

- AA happy couple08/07/2022Look elsewhere if you want a nice weddingLook elsewhere if you want a nice weddingIt's very painful to write this as it just reminds me of the multiple failed aspects of our wedding, that the venue was responsible for. The food on the day was disgusting in comparison to the menu tasting, dry, overcooked, chewy, and some item portions were significantly smaller as well. Our guests got the worst rooms (that we paid for) with barely any light and being 1m away from other building's roof (so grey roof is the only "view" they got), despite specifically requesting rooms on the other side of the building. The main room looked unfinished. There were curtains missing in the main event room, and broken glass with OSB over it that was promised to get repaired in time for the wedding but wasnt. Literally a sheet of OSB hanging where your guests are sitting and where you are saying your vows. The place looked bad. The waiting staff are undertrained and unprofessional, breaking dishes but then not collecting everything they spilled, and taking full glasses of drinks from the tables while people are dancing, then encouraging people to buy from open tab. In all fairness we did get a mini partial refund but it's not going to turn the time back. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
We had a Jamaican themed Wedding with Caribbean influences and dancing, it was such an amazing wedding to work and the food was incredible that our in house Chefs prepared!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Always look around at other venues so you can gather an idea on what things you both like and see if you can incorporate that idea at your chosen venue!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Having the couples place cards as Cadbury's chocolate bars as they met working at Cadbury's world, They had their table plan made of chocolate as well.

Our Courtyard is a stunning addition to a Summer Wedding as it allows you to hold BBQ's and Hog Roasts outside during this time.

What is your venue's most unique feature?
Having a bar area, toilet facilities and the main suite in one area of the hotel which is not too far from the entrance.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Being able to meet such lovely people who are so excited about planning their big day. Couples who you build not only a rapport with, but a friendship.
