The Great House At Sonning

Hi All, Just wanted to drop a quick thank you note for our wedding last Sat! We thought things went really well and our guests had a great time! Thanks again!!

I just wanted to say, you, Laura & the whole team at the Great House honestly made mine and Mat's Wedding on Saturday - it was incredible for us.  We are so happy and I just wanted to thank you, to all of you.  Please pass this onto the relevant managers as you & Laura made the whole process so relaxed, organised & could not have done any more for us both. So I hope you get some form of praise from this, as you both are incredible and an asset to the Great House!  We are very grateful!

Can i just say what an absolutely fantastic day we had, and how helpful you all were, everything was lovely and the events team from Hennes and Laura to Will and all the others that i didn’t catch names, couldn’t do enough to help, big big thank you.

Sorry it has taken us all week to write to you, we’ve been on cloud 9 after the best day ever!! We just want to say a huge thank you to the whole events team who were amazingly organised and so friendly. We had a truly magical day, thank you so much for all your help right from the start. Honestly, the team at Streatley are fabulous, everything went exactly as planned - right down to the surprise of the singing waiter! Everyone was amazing and super friendly and helpful.we were both quite sad when it was all over, we would have loved to do it all over again! The ceremony was just magical, the food was perfect and the drinks reception was wonderful. Hennes nailed it! Once again, thank you all

Our wedding at The Great House was absolutely incredible and would HIGHLY recommend the venue! There are no words to really explain how fabulous the staff were in the lead up our wedding and throughout the day. Last but not least the food! It was delicious. I can’t thank everyone that worked so hard to bring it all together enough. We will never ever forget it! What a beautiful venue with absolutely incredible staff! Thank you all SO much!

Firstly, Natalie who helped me plan the day and made sure we were able to include all the details we wanted to make our day extra special and perfect. Natalie was absolutely amazing, very efficient - always getting back to me so quickly and always had the answers! She was so incredibly friendly and easy going, exactly what we needed. Jen co-ordinated the entire day, and did the most incredible job! The day would not have been the same without her. Everything ran like clockwork, nothing went wrong - not that I was aware of anyway! It was utter perfection. Jen made sure our special day was just perfection! Clare, who managed the catering staff was so fabulous! She did a great job in managing it all, nothing was too much and she was just so effective and super friendly!! Last but not least the food! It was delicious. I also have to make a special mention to how well they catered for allergies and special dietary requirements. My little girl has several allergies and they managed it all so well. I can’t thank everyone that worked so hard to bring it all together enough. We will never ever forget it! What a beautiful venue with absolutely incredible staff! Thank you all SO much!

We’ve just returned home after a wonderful honeymoon! Thank you for everything - we couldn’t have imagined a better day!
