Friendly Victorian styled hotel, beautiful surroundings and wonderfully old fashioned.

Superb. Food excelled my expectations of a hotel restaurant. Staff very pleasant. Great views. Great architecture.

Fantastic rooms, mine had a great view down to the sea. Great facilities, conference rooms, food and service. Such friendly and helpful staff.

We had the most delightful time at the Grange. Every aspect of our stay was lovely. The Staff are incredibly friendly. There was a truly jolly atmosphere throughout the hotel. It almost felt like we were staying at a small, family run establishment. Only we were in a gloriously decorated Lake District Hotel. I can honestly say, I've never had such an exceptional Visit, anywhere.

Our stay at The Grange was excellent. The room was immaculately clean and full of Victorian era items. The food was superb, and the customer service was of the highest order. After an intense few days it was exactly the place my wife and I needed to chill out for a night. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting the Lake District.

Beautiful hotel, lovely surroundings. Facilities of swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi (includedin room price) was fantastic. Felt so relaxed. Staff service was exemplary and breakfast served in room was the icing on the cake.

Lovely hotel in great location. Dinner was excellent as was the breakfast. Our front facing room was very large and very comfortable. And staff were very helpful and friendly. No complaints at all.
