Wedding receptions of up to 150 people can be hosted at The Grand Hall. The venue is dry hire which means you have complete flexibility to arrange decor and catering.

Services Offered

At The Grand Hall, we are happy to offer couples exclusive use of our venue at weekends and during school holidays. can provide contacts for suppliers covering function spaces, backdrops, and linens. At our premises, we have a license to serve alcohol, and we permit private catering companies. The venue also provides car parking spaces and disabled facilities. Please note, the Grand Hall is not licensed for wedding ceremonies.

Includes 2 hours set up time immediately prior to the event and a dedicated member of security staff throughout the event. Please allow between an hour and 90 minutes turnaround time between a Ceremony and Reception.) Wedding Reception & Ceremony together - £3000 Wedding Reception only £2450 - Additional set up time—£245 per hour

Very nice old school building with a traditional fancy looking ceiling. The hall has enough space for a couple of hundred people and there's a quite a lot of parking outside the venue. It is easy to miss the venue as there no obvious signage. Just head for the old fashioned red brick building facing the main road which is surrounded by a bricked wall. The vehicle entrance is opposite the main traffic lights.Very nice old school building with a traditional fancy looking ceiling. My first time visiting the grand hall. I was there for a wedding, very impressive. Bar facilities were limited, & too few bar staff.
