Conveniently situated in central London, there are five decks of intimate and atmospheric spaces for your special day. Nestled between modern buildings, the juxtaposition of historical and contemporary provides a stage for striking pictures with amazing views of the Thames.
Your ceremony can take place in two areas aboard the ship.
The Great Cabin/Armoury – the officers and gentlemen planned strategies and relaxed in a space like this during the famous circumnavigation. It can now fit up to 15 people for a wedding ceremony.
The Hold – this is the largest space on the ship, originally it would have been used for storage and the galley, ceremonies here can seat up to 60 including guests on the Gun Deck.
Our capacity is 120 for a standing reception with use of indoor and outside space on the Main Deck and 40 in the Hold for a seated dinner.
Filled with fascinating maritime history, there is no other venue like The Golden Hinde in London.

Not to mention the traditional oak timbers, iconic features such as the ship's wheel and the view of the Thames where we're permanently moored combine to make a venue that you and your guests will never forget. Begin life's greatest journey the proper way on board our beautiful Tudor galleon - our crew look forward to seeing you.
