We will deliver everything you could possibly need to make your day memorable and coordinate all of the details so you don't have to. Being an independent, family-run hotel we go that extra mile with a personal touch that can only come from a smaller venue.
The Forest is beautiful, with stylish and up-market decor throughout the function and bedrooms. Close by we have the wonderful Packwood House and Baddesly Clinton for those all important memorable photos, or the Dorridge train station has become a very popular spot producing some quirky shots.
What makes us extra-special?
-Only one wedding reception held here a day; you'll be the most important couple here.
-Tailor made wedding package to suit your budget and other requirements.
-12 Boutique bedrooms available for you from £120 for double occupancy, includes full english breakfast.
-Licensed for civil ceremonies in both the smaller Claret room or the larger Olive room.

We have 4 packages which all include the following;
-Hire of the stylish Olive room with its stunning Victorian vaulted ceiling, chandeliers, air conditioning, lighting and sound system, dance floor and bar for the day and evening reception.
-Designated wedding coordinator to help guide you on the day; our lovely Katie will do whatever she can for you.
-Printed menus, round silver cake stand and knife, table numbers, microphone for speeches.
-Post box for your cards.
-French Louis style bride and groom chairs.
-Reserved area of the terrace for arrival/after ceremony drinks- weather permitting!

A big Thankyou to Katie for making our day all we could have dreamed. The finest of details were taken care of. The food was exceptional and the service impeccable. From my initial enquiry to the day itself all of the staff made the whole experience amazing! I literally had the best day of my life and that was completely down to the staff being so on the ball with everything! Katie our event manager took all the stress away, and she was always super helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the day was perfectly planned. I was worried about lots of little things but I was allowed to come to the venue on several occasions to check things, I was given ideas and solutions too! Thank you to everyone at the forest for making my special day perfect! All of our guests commented on how lovely the food was too! We have attended weddings where far to often guests are lost in different rooms getting drinks etc but the Forest is well thought-out and the biggest challenge was getting people to leave! The staff worked tirelessly and were non stop, we had the extended license but the staff we're still attentive and looked like they were enjoying themselves despite working at 1am. The Forest has 12 rooms, it does limit who you can have stay at the venue but there's lots of alternative hotels within a 1-2 mile radius and i was quite glad that approx 80-100 family and friends were staying else where. The food was beautiful, the drinks never stopped and Katie will always look to go the extra mile for you. Despite it being an extremely busy time for the hotel, they could not do enough for us. Katie, in particular, was superb. She was always on the end of the phone to answer any queries or reassure me of any worries. She helped me to plan the wedding and on the actual day she was a real diamond, making sure that everything went smoothly. Thankyou Katie for all of your hard work! Sian and Andy were also brilliant, helping out with last minute things the evening before and on the morning. Sian even ran down the road to catch my veil as it nearly blew away - Nothing is too much for all of the staff at the hotel! All of our guests had a wonderful time, we had so many comments about the food and how lovely it was. All in all, an amazing venue with amazing staff! We would definitely book again for other events. However this hotel is something else the staff are the best ! Only 12 rooms that give it a very personal touch very in formal fantastic location, the food & facilities are second to none in all it made a very memorable day . This was never a problem. It was a small wedding with 16 guests who also stayed the night. The room was just the right size and decorated beautifully for the wedding, the evening meal and even breakfast the next morning. The staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful even though it was busy. The bedrooms are lovely, individually designed and clean. More than that they were ready from 11am to make life so easy for guests arriving from all over the country. The food was also of a very high standard. They made our special day very special - THANK YOU We booked the Forest for our wedding. Due to various circumstances we had to change the date three times. This was never a problem.
