Everyone was extremely accomodating on the day and made sure that everything went as planned. The food was delicious, served right on time and accomodating all our dietary requirements. The planing process was without any problems and Lianne was great at her job and helping us achieve our perfect day. She really went the extra mile and made us feel that we were in good hands!We had a amazing wedding day with the help of the Embankment staff! The team members were pleasant to deal with and helpful. My parents enjoyed their stay and got a chance to explore Bedford, thanks to the central location of the hotel. We also had family sunday lunch at the restaurant and overall was a positive experience. I booked a last minute 1 night break for my parents celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary and the whole experience of booking was straight forward. The team members were pleasant to deal with and helpful. My parents enjoyed their stay and got a chance to explore Bedford, thanks to the central location of the hotel. We also had family sunday lunch at the restaurant and overall was a positive experience.

They helped us with our planning, stuck exactly to my neurotic plans and both the food and service were fabulous!. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite that night and the room was beautiful! A massive bed, luscious leather sofa, two comfy lounge chairs and a mini balcony overlooking the Embankment. The room also boasted a great shower and a huuuuge bath - with the taps in the middle so you can share :) ! We didnt know what time breakfast was so collected our leftover food, checked out, and waited outside for a taxi, when one of the waiters popped his head out and asked if we would like a bacon sarnie to go! Which, of course my husband did! We found them friendly and professional, all round we had a fabulous day :). Special thanks to the new manager who helped to plan our day, I am so sorry, I am terrible with names - I hope you know who you are - thanks so much. -Tracy L.We used this venue as our wedding reception and they were great!
