Since our grand refurbishment in the summer of ‘17, we are in the fantastic position of being able to offer newly-engaged couples the perfect location for a chic and unforgettable wedding celebration without the hefty price tag!
The Crown & Greyhound is a historic, Grade II listed building at the heart of quaint Dulwich Village. We have both indoor and outdoor spaces available for receptions of up to 120 guests, all alongside our 20 boutique hotel rooms.
From the bottle of fizz you choose to toast with, to each canapé and dish on your set menu, every element of a wedding reception at The Crown & Greyhound can be tailored to create the perfect, unique ensemble for you and your guests. To help you bring your dream reception to life, you will have a personal event's co-ordinator available to you every step of the way!
Our available spaces include our large private function room, The Dulwich Suite, the enchanting rear garden and patio, and the more intimate Billiards Room nestled in the main pub - all equipped with their own fully-stocked bar!

We had a phenomenal experience and all our guests loved the venue and complemented the atmosphere. The staff were courteous, professional, well mannered, they worked incredibly hard to make sure that we had the day of our dreams and everything we had envisioned for the day was made possible. The food was delicious and they were on top of keeping the food and drinks stations refilled for our guests. We cannot recommend this venue enough"“We hosted our wedding at the Crown and Greyhound. The ceremony, the wedding breakfast and the party in the evening were all under the same roof. Without exception everyone said how excellently the day went. How delicious the food was , how friendly the staff were and what a great venue the Crown and Greyhound proved to be. We wanted to marry close to home and chose Dulwich Village because it was also such an attractive background for the day. Claire and her team were brilliant at bringing all our ideas to life. Great at solving problems when they occurred. It was a sublimely happy day for us. Our guests were full of praise and we can't recommend the Crown and Greyhound more highly.
