We know that your wedding is one of the most important days of your life.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that your day will be one you’ll remember forever.
Nestled alongside the stunning Charlecote Manor & Deer Park and opposite the historic St Leonard’s church, our attractive rural retreat is set in beautiful gardens which is the ideal venue for your special day and perfect setting for your treasured photographs.
Our dedicated team are here to look after you, and we are highly experienced in ensuring the day will run as smoothly as possible, for you and your guests.
We would be delighted to talk to you about ideas and share some new ones with you – to turn a great day into an unforgettable one.
Our beautiful self contained Hampton Suite, originally the old hayloft dating back to the 16th century is situated within the hotel grounds. It has its own private outdoor space, lounge, main room and distinctive bar. It is licensed for civil ceremonies & civil partnerships (indoor & outside), so you may take your vows and say ‘I do’ in front of your friends and family.
Mingle with your guests in our gardens for your drinks reception and canapes and your wedding breakfast will be set up just as you planned it. We know that your wedding day is the realisation of your dreams, so let us offer you a variety of flexible wedding packages or tailor-make your day so it is an individual as you are.
We can accommodate up to 100 guests for your civil ceremony, 120 for your wedding reception and up to 200 for an informal evening buffet reception.
We can offer Tipi Weddings too!

Molly and her team were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The food was phenomenal!! Our guests are still complimenting us on the day and the food!! Highly recommend them for your wedding!! Molly is very friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond.Recently got married and had our reception at the Charlecote Pheasant. Honestly it was the best day of our life. Molly and her team were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The food was phenomenal!! Our guests are still complimenting us on the day and the food!! Highly recommend them for your wedding!! Molly is very friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond.

The venue was beautiful and they were able to accommodate all the things i wanted. An amazing day with attention to detail and a lovely decorated honeymoon suite as a surprise to the night. The setting for the ceremony itself (albeit indoors due to bad weather) was fabulous, could not have been any better and your team should be commended for this. The change around from ceremony to reception was swift and very well done without any fuss and looked like a dream when completed. The staff were exceptional with everything they did and could not do enough to make the day a total success, the timing was a little delayed due to us which delayed the food serving yet all of the food was perfectly cooked and hot when served(not had that at a wedding before) and the staff were all prepped and knew how to cater for our guests with allergies. The service was impeccable, no-one had to wait for anything and the serving staff were swift with delivery of anything ordered. We have had several comments from our guests that that was the best wedding they have ever been to and it was down to you and your team, we cannot thank you all enough for giving us one of the best days of our lives. From our point of view we would score you 10/10 for everything. I found the whole processing of organising the wedding so relaxed that I would do it all over again tomorrow! The staff were so brilliant and helpful from start to finish. From start to finish nothing was to much trouble for them despite my bridezilla moments. You were simply outstanding and we would certainly recommend this venue for your special day. Food, rooms, service but most of all the staff were sensational. I work in hospitality so expect a certain level of service and you did not disappoint in any way.
