Attempt made to update but it still has some way to go. Even relatively new floor coverings are badly marked. I was very involved in helping them prepare for their big day and to ensure it was the best day for them and their guests. Orla was our wedding co-ordinator and was extremely well organised and meticulous in her planning. Orla did all she could to accommodate all our requests and the day went without any issues whatsoever, Orla and her team and so experienced, she made it all seem effortless. Not being local to Coleraine, we wanted to ensure all guests had the best experience so all of the bridal party including some of our wider family circle and friends stayed the night before, the evening of the wedding and the bridal party relaxed the following day also. We had organised a meal for all of the guests the evening before with the a number of the bridal party being either vegan or vegetarian and a number of small children, again Orla and her team did a fantastic job and we were pleasantly surprised at the standard of food for the price. The wedding itself was first class and we were so pleased that all of the guests commented on how wonderfully it was put across along with the excellent quality of the food and drink. The package on offer for the wedding is second to none, it is fantastic value for money and we could not recommend them enough to guarantee that they could put together a wonderful day for a very reasonable price. The upgrades to the hotel are really going to put them on the map and we all wouldn't hesitate to stay over again.
