Plenty of locals there too providing a very pleasant atmosphere. From the moment we walked in the owners and staff could not have been more accommodating to us. Our daughter had phoned ahead and arranged for a bottle of 'fizz' to be put in the room. The room itself was very comfortable with great views over the surrounding hills. The evening meals were excellent, local produce cooked very well and the breakfasts had variety. We booked into the Inn for three nights as part of our Ruby Wedding celebrations. From the moment we walked in the owners and staff could not have been more accommodating to us. Our daughter had phoned ahead and arranged for a bottle of 'fizz' to be put in the room. The room itself was very comfortable with great views over the surrounding hills. The evening meals were excellent, local produce cooked very well and the breakfasts had variety.

It is a beautiful place steeped in history and has the ‘wow’ factor! All our guests had a fantastic time. We had a buffet and the food was amazing. They catered for vegan and gluten free and children It was all fresh produce with amazing tit bits that you wouldn’t normally find at a buffet. Again the wow factor! Our room was spotless and in the morning the breakfast was full on with a great selection. We recently held our wedding party here and I must say we could not have chose a better venue. It is a beautiful place steeped in history and has the ‘wow’ factor! All our guests had a fantastic time. We had a buffet and the food was amazing.
