We absolutely fell in love with the place. The amazing staff, was a huge bonus. The staff..... what an amazing team. They literally cannot do enough for you. Whether you're having a little look around, attending a showcase, or have booked your wedding there. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them. The owners are the most down to earth people who truly care and are passionate about making sure your day is everything you could want, and more. The Barn itself, is simply stunning. We feel so lucky to have married there. On our wedding day, we did not have to think of anything. They had our timeline, which was constructed together during several wedding catch up meetings. They knew the wedding inside out and it really did show on the day. My husband and I, could not have asked or wished for more. All of our guests commented how stunning the place was and it was the best wedding they had been to!! They all commented how amazing the staff were. The Beverley Barn Team!! The grounds are lovely, with the potential for holding ceremonies outdoors and plenty of space for guests to roam around in nice weather. Inside is a wonderful space, with multiple bars, comfy side rooms and a huge open space for ceremonies, celebrations, food and parties. However beyond the obvious beauty of its environment and facilities, are the owners and staff that make the magic happen. From our first meeting through to every step of the process we were supported by amazing, supportive, caring and knowledgeable people. Everyone we interacted with took the time to get to know us, make sure we had everything we needed, and were always available when we needed them. We had a lot of support throughout the planning process, from many wedding fairs to get ideas and meet suppliers, to official meetings to discuss major steps along the way, with plenty of casual drop in sessions for short and long discussions as our day evolved as we planned. It never felt like we were a burden, and there would always be a friendly smiling face looking to help where we needed it. On the actual day the staff were amazing. As is typical with weddings there were small bumps during the day, but anything was resolved quickly and efficiently so guests were completely unaware. Everyone had an amazing time and had nothing but complements for the venue and the staff. The Barn also has its own catering service, The Card Shed, who provided our evening food. We chose pizzas, our favourite food, and couldn't be happier with the quality that was outputted on a large scale. We had the option to design our own pizzas from a range of topping choices, and they were absolutely delicious! Ultimately we couldn't recommend this venue more, and we couldn't imagine holding our special day anywhere else! We had so many guests give us compliments on our chosen venue and made lovely comments about the staff and how friendly and accommodating they had been towards them. We first visited back in January 2019 to start looking at venues. Something sparked instantly with us. My Gut was telling me to say YES! straight away, but we didnt want to get carried away. We didnt stop talking about the venue from the moment we saw it. Eventually a couple of months later we with Yasmin to officially book our date in. We instantly had a great connection with Yasmin, she wanted to know so much about us. Nothing was rushed. So our first original date was April 2020, but sadly three weeks before we all had the very first Lockdown. The Barn staff quickly contacted us to see how they could help and advise us. They allowed us to pick a new date for the following year. It was a time of uncertainty but we sat down and said its just the date we lost, nothing else. Sadly a year went by and another lockdown occurred, once again the barn staff were absolutely amazing to accommodate us again, we felt very lucky tHe Beverley Barn took so much care and attention in such a crazy time for the industry. So as 2021 went by we had a new addition to the family, our little boy. We was excited to plan our wedding for September 2022. This time it was really happening. The barn staff had a meeting with us to reopen our file and discuss the original run down of details. Shockingly i had forgotten various things, but i was glad the staff could prompt me from our original plan. We visited one of their wedding fayre In Feb 2022 to get some ideas , it really helped get our spark back for the wedding, feel confident and creative. We were both excited to get back to some planning. So throughout 2022 our family and I created a lot of the decorations to create a great rustic bohemian chilled style wedding. We were very lucky to be given the day before to completely transform the venue with out decorations. Throughout the year i visited for various meetings, i always enjoyed spending time seing the barn and getting to know the staff well, they were very understanding and welcoming when bringing my baby in too. Very helpful and patient with me. The run up to the wedding was amazing, most people would be panicking, but we thoroughly enjoyed the week prepping, decorating and last minute plans. I was confident everything was going to be fine. ‘The Big day’ greeted at the doors with an amazing welcome, staff ready to help the grooms men, and welcome all guests. When i arrived they let me take a bit of time to get sorted and gather all my bridesmaids and page boys. Everything was coordinated specifically well and exactly how i wanted it. It was delivered to a very high standard. Anything we wanted on the day the staff would help us instantly. The staff from time to time checked how we were doing and if we wanted any drinks. We had a great coordinator throughout the whole day (Will) who was very professional, caring and a great entertainer with the kids (lol) and it was managed amazingly by Michelle. Everything run smoothly, had a great atmosphere, chilled vibe which is what we wanted. The attention to detail throughout the whole day by all the staff was truly out standing and a very high standard. We highly recommend the service by The Beverley Barn. It has developed into the most beautiful venue for indoor and outdoor events. The grounds were beautiful on my wedding day. We love the outdoors so this was perfect. Our experience of the wedding was mesmerising, we couldn't believe we finally got to have our wedding after a two year wait. We cant thank Yasmin and the staff enough for rearranging our wedding date twice, delivering to a high professional standard. But best of all each staff member had the most amazing personality, made us feel calm and confident and welcome at all times. These guys deserve the world, they work so hard and give the most excellent service. Well done to all the Staff. Originally we met Yaz and the team back in 2020, we fell in love with the venue as soon as we saw it and have been assured by the incredible service received by the team that the right decision to host our wedding here ever since. Every step in the lead up to our wedding was thought of, we have been supported through the minefield that is wedding planning throughout and felt could ask the team anything, each and everyone of them being so accommodating to all of our requests to help create the day we wanted. They allowed us free reign to explore all of our ideas and advised what was doable and what wasn’t, whilst making everything we wanted feasible. We really wanted somewhere that we could put our own stamp on and create something bespoke to us, the venue and support we received was exactly that. The day itself was everything we wanted and more, the staff here were a huge part of that, they are the best in the business for sure. It is clear that they love what they do, and that is why it is so successful. Each and every one of our guests were looked after fantastically and have all raved about the venue and service ever since, we can’t thank them enough for that. We would recommend the barn to anyone and everyone, it was a brilliant place to celebrate our wedding day. The grounds are gorgeous (all times of the year too), the inside is so lovely, perfect for intimate weddings or bigger ones as well. We did our wedding on a reasonable budget and I did most of it myself in terms of decor. Even with little decoration the place looked beautiful 🥰 so you can do as much or as little as you like. The little snug rooms are perfect for people to have a really relaxed time. I have genuinely had so many comments from guests saying how it is the best wedding venue you have ever been to. Then, I have to mention the staff, they honestly could not have done more in the lead up to or on the day itself. They were absolutely brilliant, the day ran so incredibly smoothly and it was all down to their hard work. The enthusiasm they showed all day was so lovely, everyone who came commented on how amazing everyone working there was. We could not have asked for more, and the venue couldn't have been more perfect! The Beverley Barn is absolutely beautiful!
