The Bell Inn is a privately owned INN dated from 1782, located in Brook in the heart of the New Forest you can feel at ease when being welcomed into the beautiful building, which offer the perfect blend of tradition with its period features and twist of contemporary style. Exclusive use of the Bell Inn gives you a superbly unique and private touch to your day, where you can have the use of all the facilities. The Bell Inn offers a range of options to suit many budgets. We are licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships which can take place in our Garden Room, accommodating 50 guests. The maximum we can cater for is 50 people for the ceremony & meal, and a maximum of 100 for an evening reception. From the moment you book your wedding at the Bell Inn our team will be on hand to help plan your special day making sure that your day is perfect in every detail.

Best staff, Best food, and Best Wedding Venue!

Had been planning our wedding for nearly 2 years, and the Bell Inn was the first venue we visited, and instantly knew this was our venue. The exclusive use and the fact that all the rooms were included for the wedding night were the main selling points, as it meant we could rest easy knowing our guests could relax and have a few glasses/pints and not have to worry about them driving in the dark or worse. It also meant our overseas guests didn't have to worry about hotels nearby - we also were able to get a discount rate for all our guests, so if they wanted to stay the night before or after they could with a little discount. Along with the fact we wanted an autumn, rustic, relaxed and cosy atmosphere and it was perfect. Eva, the Manager and Wedding Coordinator, was polite, patient, and extremely welcoming when we began planning. Her knowledge of how to best get the most out of the venue was outstanding. She went above and beyond for us. She made the process so smooth; kept in contact throughout, and always replied quickly. Was welcoming whenever we came in for meetings, and always made sure she had all the details confirmed each time, so if there was an alteration she could make a note there and then make sure all information was updated and correct. The golf course was perfect for taking private pictures of just me and my husband. The staff are wonderful friendly and extremely accommodating, going beyond to make sure we and all our guests were happy throughout the day. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable, and if you want a room with great natural light and a good amount of space to get ready, make sure you ask for room 12. I cannot say enough nice things about this venue and the staff, they did a fantastic job, and handled everything perfectly! I am so grateful we went with them, as they made our day special and stress-free.
