We honestly can’t thank you enough for all that you did, we had a fantastic night, the decor, the centre pieces, the buffet food, the set up, the band and all the organisation and behind the scenes stuff that we probably can’t even imagine, you are amazing at what you do and we honestly had the best day and night of our lives! My daughter and son-in-law chose The Balmoral to host their Wedding Reception. the day itself unfolded seamlessly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the serving staff attentive yet unobtrusive. The transformation of rooms from afternoon to evening Receptions was expertly and discretely achieved and I honestly couldn’t fault any aspect of the Balmoral’s service. Feedback from all the guests I spoke to was entirely positive. Everyone had a lovely time! From start to finish, from viewing The Balmoral as a potential wedding venue to our big day, we received exceptional service. The whole process was seamless and we felt that everything was in hand every step of the way. Compliments also to the kitchen staff as all of the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The serving and bar staff were excellent, the service was faultless and all staff were so professional, friendly and helpful. The wedding day went seamlessly and so many of our guests have approached us to say that it was hands down, the best wedding they had ever attended. The food was out of this world, and the drinks flowed all reception and meal, which, as you can imagine, everyone was so taken with. All the staff at the top table were excellent and they could not have done enough for us.
