What's Included?
Exclusive use
We offer exclusive hire only of the Great Hall, Bar, Fairbairn Room and access to the balcony.
The venue hire varies depending on your chosen day and month for your special day. Room hire includes the Great Hall from 09:00 through to the end of you reception. The bar is also included in the room hire cost. A Friday Wedding in high season would be £4,800 including VAT and a Saturday Wedding would be £5,400 including VAT.
Also included are the round tables for 8 or 10 persons and chairs.
We will provide an appropriate number of bar staff dependent on your numbers.
Catering is not included in the room hire. We have a list of recommended caterers, or you can hire the kitchen separately and bring in your own caterers.

Yes, we have had James Bond (Daniel Craig) as a wedding guest, as well as Olympians and the Royal Family.
What’s your favourite canapé?
We have a variety of caterers and cuisines coming into the venue as we allow outside catering. So there are a range of canapés from a mix of cuisines that we think are delicious! - and yes, even vegan canapés that seem very popular at the moment.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Bacon butties and a grazing table are always popular! .....cheese!

Our 24 meter balcony overlooking the river Thames.

The history of the venue is incredibly special, as one of the oldest club houses in the world.
