At St Giles House Hotel we have a range of beautiful individually styled, multi-use spaces, how you utilise them is up to you. We provide unique accommodation and opulent décor, offering you and your guests a truly perfect setting for your special day. Our dedicated wedding team have a wealth of knowledge and experience, so from your first meeting with us you can be assured we will take the time to answer your questions and bring to life your ideal day. With attention to every detail, we can provide everything you need in a complete package or bespoke the elements of your day to suit you, making you both feel like the only people on earth. Be it for small, intimate celebrations or larger and lavish affairs, we have options to suit all budgets. Our stunning Walnut suite with its own dedicated private bar is just one of our licensed rooms, accommodating up to 50 guests for both ceremony and wedding breakfast, and up to 80 guests for your evening reception. For larger wedding parties, we also offer exclusive use of the whole hotel with up to 60 guests for the ceremony, up to 90 guests for the Wedding breakfast and up to 150 guests for the evening reception. With 24 individually styled rooms including our Georgian suites which are fit to bursting with original features and lounge spaces for sole use by you and your guests, if you need extra accommodation, we have special rates on our self-catering apartments for wedding guests, these are located a short walk from the hotel.

We have two Ceremony only packages:
Maddermarket package: This is perfect for a small intimate ceremony, our Maddermarket is a light and bright room with high ceilings, a beautiful fire place and beautiful furnishings.
Walnut Suite package: Our Walnut Suite is the perfect setting for your ceremony, renowned for its chandeliers and walnut panelling it oozes intimacy with a unique charm. This venue can seat up to 50 guests and the package includes our private lounge for hosting reception drinks before you head off to your reception.

Our wedding packages are named after some of the local women who inspire us; Elizabeth Fry, Edith Cavell and Boudicca. Each package includes the ceremony, reception drinks, wedding breakfast, evening entertainment, evening buffet and more. If these packages are not quite right for you and your day, then we do also have our bespoke option where we can tailor your day to your specific requests.
