From the first meeting, they talked us through what would happen at each point of the day, giving us the options available to us, and making the pricing clear and understandable. In the build up to our wedding, they were always prompt at replying to emails with all our questions, no matter how silly. We appreciated the organised and structured approach to our 6 month- and 1 month- meetings. We discussed each part of the day and the options available, which put our minds at ease that every detail had been considered and there would be no surprises on the day. The wedding day itself was magical. The venue is truly special - it looks like a castle on the outside, and has a hidden Japanese garden for photographs. The day ran exactly to schedule. Our food was delicious as well, and received compliments from the guests. We'd like to give a big thank you to Kate and Becky for making our day perfect.
