The staff where all great but Robin was out of this world, he is just AMAZING! Nothing was to hard for him, he was more than happy to answer our questions on the build up and had the day running really smoothly. Robin made our day he took all the stress of us and even whilst planning a wedding through Covid he put our mind at ease.We got married here and what an amazing venue! Robin and Louise were amazing on the day and from booking, 2 years before the big day all the way up to it Robin was so helpful and made us feel like his friend and not just a customer. Sandford Springs went above and beyond to make our day special and help us to include our own personal touches. In the lead up to the big day we loved coming to visit Sandford Springs, the hotel staff were amazing and friendly and showed us around the whole hotel and when we came and tasted our wedding menu they made it so special. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all. We had our wedding here in November. It was the best day of our lives and we couldn’t have asked for better.
