It was great to experience the service from the customer side. I had very good communication with the meetings and events team (Maria & Umair), who helped me plan every single detail. Later on, Antonio looked after our room, and he was just brilliant. The food during the dinner was amazing, and all of my guests had many compliments. But the biggest thank you goes to Gerald, Omveer and the F&B team who served during the wedding. Oh my god, they are fantastic! 5-star level of customer service. Way above my expectations.

I would like to say big thanks to Royal National hotel team for providing wonderful support during an event recently. I am related to wedding decor company and we provide stage decor, lighting, walkway etc. Amazing venue and team to work with, loading bay has very easy and step free access this is plus point for all suppliers related to any event, i believe this is one if the uniqueness of this wonderful venue in the center of London ( Hidden Gem i call it ).
