- HHeyfa19/07/2025Amazing venue & level of service Amazing venue & level of serviceI recently hosted my henna party at the Royal National Hotel, and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From the very start, the team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning phase, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. On the night, the level of service from the staff was absolutely amazing. Everything went exactly as planned, and the team went above and beyond to make sure all of our guests were looked after. The venue itself was perfect – elegant, spacious, and just right for the occasion. I also want to give a very special thank you to the chef. My niece has a severe peanut allergy, and the chef took extra care to ensure her safety. He cleaned down the kitchen thoroughly and created a special dish just for her, as the butter chicken on the menu contained cashew nuts. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail meant so much to us and gave us complete peace of mind. I am related to wedding decor company and we provide stage decor, lighting, walkway etc. Amazing venue and team to work with, loading bay has very easy and step free access this is plus point for all suppliers related to any event, i believe this is one if the uniqueness of this wonderful venue in the center of London ( Hidden Gem i call it ). I had very good communication with the meetings and events team (Maria & Umair), who helped me plan every single detail. Later on, Antonio looked after our room, and he was just brilliant. The food during the dinner was amazing, and all of my guests had many compliments. But the biggest thank you goes to Gerald, Omveer and the F&B team who served during the wedding. Oh my god, they are fantastic! 5-star level of customer service. Way above my expectations.It was great to experience the service from the customer side.
