Me and my Wife had our wedding ceremony and meal/reception and we were so impressed with everything! A seamless and smooth process from the initial booking all the way through to when the bar shut that night! Everything was clean and tidy and the staff when above and beyond to create our special day. A massive thank you to Sarah who was incredible and gave us such peace of mind all day. She had brilliant event planning skills and ensured when the room was show to us for our room reveal, we didn’t have to change a thing. Her relaxed and friendly approach offered us such confidence that everything was in hand, she is a real credit to the team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roundwood and the staff and once again thank you all for creating our dream day and memories for us to cherish for a lifetime!

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married & have it all in one place. My wife & I had our wedding at Roundwood Function & Conference Centre on Sat 23rd July 2022. Faultless. Beautifully situated in amazing woodland. The manager Luke Howard was superb in everything he did before & on the day. He truly created a perfect day. Thank you. Excellent food (main meal & buffet) & drink. The service was impeccable. Mark Middleton, the resident DJ at Roundwood, is a must. He kept the guests entertained all evening, thanks Mark. You read your audience well! Truly outstanding experience well worth the wait!

I had my wedding at Roundwood Function & Conference Centre Saturday 11th June 2022. The venue and woodland surrounding was amazing. Luke Howard the functions manager was outstanding in everything he done to make our day perfect. Excellent service, food and drink, the layout of the venue. It was the most perfect day ever. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married and have it all in one place. The disco entertainment was fantastic. A big thanks to Mark Middleton who is the local disco entertainment man that Roundwood recommend. All in all the overall experience at Roundwood was seriously outstanding. A million percent well worth hiring this venue. Very happy with everything.

I always enjoy working at Roundwood. Its a lovely venue, lots of great photo opportunities in the woodland and great views looking over the valley. Luke is friendly, helpful and incredibly attentive making sure your perfect day runs smoothly.

Our wedding here was just a dream! Luke and the team at Roundwood are truly wonderful. My husband and I were welcomed in opened arms from the very first meeting we had back in 2019. Luke worked tirelessly to make sure our big day was just perfect and boy didn’t he do an amazing job. The day was perfect! The food was delicious. The in house DJ kept all the guests dancing all night. I can’t fault this venue or thank you guys enough. Love & best wishes.

Where to begin?! We recently had our wedding at Roundwood and we could not have asked for a better venue. Luke is such an amazing person and worked so hard to make sure that our special day was exactly how we wanted it. He kept me (the bride!) as calm as he could on the wedding day and was really fantastic through the planning process, even when we had to rearrange due to covid. On the day the rest of the team were welcoming, accommodating and really looked after us and our guests. Roundwood is perfect if you want a relaxed, family friendly venue with great food and the most amazing views for photos. Thanks for everything

I don’t even know where to start!! After having to cancel our wedding with 6 weeks To go due to covid and lockdown in 2020, I couldn’t fault them with anything at all. We both had the best experience exactly how my new wife had Imagined it. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth day. Especially Luke who kept us informed during lockdown and on the day he made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was fantastic for the wedding breakfast and the Buffet was amazing with a great spread catering for all ages and tastes. With great music supplied in house from the venue. Beautiful gardens and grounds, great adaptable venue with a fantastic events manager. We had our wedding here at the beginning of July and what a wonderful day we had! Obviously our wedding was hit by covid restrictions, so was not what we had originally planned, however Luke (in charge of events) was the most accommodating and helpful person you could wish for. As bride I had a stress free planning process because of him and his team and it all worked out so well and beautifully on the day. I could not recommend Luke and his team enough, always in communication, helping me and advising me as really I had no clue how things would / should work, helped put out all my decorations so this wasn’t something I had to worry about, coordinating with other events decorators and performers. Had a catalogue of suppliers that I could have used as well if the event would have been bigger and not effected by covid restrictions. Fantastic venue and the most helpful team. We could not recommend enough. Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Bunn

Roundwood is amazing place to book your wedding. Everything was organised brilliantly, no worries to think about and Luke the function manager did a fantastic job in keeping things ticking 😊
