Rook Lane Chapel provides timeless elegance for your unique special day. The grandeur of the Chapel lends itself perfectly to intimate ceremonies or larger groups of up to 160 guests. Two giant Doric columns support the high domed roof, and light floods into the chapel through ten huge coloured glass windows. Perfect for a modern ceremony, giving you a relaxed and bespoke day.
The contemporary extension to the chapel is the perfect space for a champagne reception. This modern sunlit area with bar, opens out into a landscaped garden, a beautiful backdrop for less formal photos with rooftop views over Frome. Make it an all day affair, we can transform the chapel for a sit down wedding breakfast, and then into the night for dancing. Alternatively you can book just for your reception.
Rook Lane has close links with quality local businesses offering a wide variety of unique, personalised wedding services making it possible to hold your reception at the Chapel. Although Rook Lane Chapel serves as the venue only, the Venue Manager will be on hand to offer support with planning your big day.

Every wedding has been different, which is something I love about what we offer here at Rook Lane Chapel, as well as meeting all you lovely couples. I love everything to run smoothly and as you have invisaged, there are no problems only solutions. Rook Lane is a truly stunning backdrop for your special day, and the town of Frome is just as warm and welcoming.

Day before set up available
This includes time for setting up on the friday before, staff to assist the smooth running on the day, and to deal with drinks receptions, and run the bar. This is a venue hire charge only, and you will have additional costs from outside hire options, for catering, furniature hire, lighting hire, floristry, entertainment, and corkage on alcohol that you provide.
You can hire for just a Ceremony (2 hours), Ceremony and Drinks reception (4 hours) Ceremony, Drinks & Evening Reception (all day) or just a Reception, with your Ceremony elsewhere. You will be the only wedding on your chosen date.
