The food was delicious, everyone we talked to has given us very good feedback about it. The venue is stunning. Everyone loved every aspect of the event. The whole team at the event delivered an outstanding service. Please extend our thanks to all involved in one way or another. Lastly, a heartfelt thanks to you for all the work, collaboration and diligence. You provided us with timely updates and kept us informed about what we needed to know and to do at every step of the journey

The food was absolutely incredible, every bite was a reflection of the team’s commitment to quality and creativity, and it was a highlight of the evening for so many of our guests, the comments and feedback were amazing. The service was outstanding—everything ran smoothly, the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the team did not go unnoticed. Every detail, from the way the food was presented to how the space was managed, was executed to perfection. A big thank you Rachel!

We were pleased to hold our event for the second year running at the Park Plaza. Rachel Alcantara was the events manager and was so helpful from start to finish. It was great to work with her on the run- up to the event, especially in the planning stages, and on the night itself. She made me feel at ease and was a phone call away if I needed any assistance.

The staff were delightful, the service immaculate and the food delicious! The room looked amazing and the blue lights and being able to project the image on the TV, made it look very atmospheric and absolutely perfect for our occasion. The award finalists, some of whom were visiting London for the first time, were absolutely bowled over by the views and fortunately we had a lovely evening which just added to it. Warm thanks to all involved for what was a most delightful and successful evening.

She was helpful in making recommendations for food and beverage, showed me the event space and potential options for layout, staying organized and overall her service was impeccable delivering service with a positive attitude and smile! Her staff on the evening of the event were cheerful and very diligent in ensuring food and beverage was passed around to all and that all were taken care of.
