Ridge Farm

Ridge Farm is an amazing venue - the grounds are stunning and filled with character. Ellie and the team are all so helpful while being calm and relaxed. We loved our entire stay and wedding at Ridge Farm and want to do it all again!! Thanks again to the entire team.

We both work in hospitality and were looking for a venue where we could celebrate all weekend long with the ability to have the wedding we wanted. As soon as we visited Ridge Farm and met with Ellie, we knew we had found our location. It was perfect for us - such a beautiful location and grounds with an incredible musical history. Some of the big plus points included the being able to have a legal ceremony on site, accommodation for all our family, being able to provide all catering and drinks ourselves with no corkage fees and party away all weekend. The photos do not do it justice or convey the feeling you get when you visit this special place, as all our guests agreed, so if you are looking for a venue, make sure you get a visit booked in! Ellie, Richard and the team were incredible and we hope in the future we will be able to host a party again at Ridge Farm.

We were married at the beautiful Ridge Farm on 24th August 2024. From start to finish Eleanor and the whole team were amazing. So helpful, lovely and calm (exactly what you need when getting married!) The grounds and house are absolutely gorgeous, pictures cannot do this venue justice. You have to view it yourselves to get the real Ridge Farm feeling. All of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was! Wish we could do it all over again. Thank you again to everyone at Ridge Farm, the venue and all of the team will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

From seeing Ridge Farm for the first time, we were completely besotted with it. With family flying in from France and Hong Kong for our wedding it seemed a perfect venue where everything could be self contained, we could have ceremony, reception and have the day after to relax in the pool and hot tub with run our own barbecue for close friends and family. From the offset Eleanor discussed the process and plans clearly and concisely staying in regular contact, when we turned up everyone at ridge farm unloaded all drinks from the van, put it in fridges and put the bulk of our decor up for us, before sorting the tables out for us. Jackie and Max bent over backwards to make sure our big day went smoothly, with max even jumping in to give out Buck’s Fizz when our own plan for that went wrong, and Rich and Plum ran the bar perfectly and seemlessly helped get our band playing and then switch to late night music. When we woke up on Sunday morning everything was already packed up, and the pool and jacuzzi were ready to go. The grounds of Ridge farm are absolutely beautiful and this was frequently commented on by guests throughout the day. The farm house, bridal cottage, and venues for the wedding itself were presented to the highest standard. And with us being music buffs and many of the guests being big music fans too, the history of the house as a recording studio and the nods to its history with gold discs on the wall and the old studio monitors in the sitting room were just the icing on the cake for the perfect venue for us. We can’t thank the whole ridge farm team enough for the perfect venue creating memories for us and those important to us long into the future.

Ridge Farm was the most amazing venue for our wedding - it was exactly what we wanted! Ellie and the rest of the staff catered to our every need and were so helpful with wedding advice, decorations and general running of the day. Also, to have the venue (including the house, cottage, tennis court, pool, hot tub, sauna and the large gardens) for the whole weekend was perfect as it meant we could bask in the lovely memories for longer. If you're looking for a stunning natural setting for your wedding then look no further - this is the place you NEED to book a visit to.

This place in wonderful. A great place to hide away from the world for a couple of days. Owner very welcoming and helpful at all times.

We hosted a corporate event here in July. The venue is amazingly beautiful and everyone was in awe of the pool house/jacuzzi. I only wish I could have stayed overnight!

Amazing venue for a wedding, party or business meeting. We host our AGM here and it's is perfect. Hosts are super accommodating too

I stayed at the Farm with my family of 20 + for a long weekend to celebrate my Brother-in-Laws 30th. Frank and his team were extremely accommodating and helpful. The farm and surrounding area were absolutely fabulous , we all had a wonderful and memorable few days.
