Everything was perfect - food, wine, service, setting, ambience, etc. It's not often a restaurant gets every element 100% delivered & perfectly balanced but Restaurant 1890 certainly felt it was to us. The team were absolutely superb with the perfect balance of knowledge, formality and personality. And it goes without saying, the food is amazing! We also had a wonderful wine pairing.
