You will receive exclusive access, for the day, to our beautifully modern Lake View and Hartley Suite with private bar and terrace overlooking our spectacular grounds to capture the moments you will cherish for a lifetime. From intimate celebrations in The Snug (perfect for 10-30 guests) to large celebrations using The Lakeview and Hartley Suite (up to 160 seated or 220 standing).

- GGemma20/10/2025What a fantastic venueWhat a fantastic venueWe had the pleasure of having our wedding reception at Redlibbets Golf Course last Saturday! What can I say all of the staff done a fantastic job from start to finish, food was excellent the service brilliant couldn’t fault a thing! We had been planning our wedding for over a year! Lauren and the team was very accommodating from the very start every little detail was just perfect exactly what we asked for we cannot be more thankful our day was just magical. 🤩 What a fantastic venue.We had the pleasure of having our wedding reception at Redlibbets Golf Course last Saturday! What can I say all of the staff done a fantastic job from start to finish, food was excellent the service brilliant couldn’t fault a thing! We had been planning our wedding for over a year! - CCheryl20/10/2025The venue was amazingThe venue was amazingWow, never heard of this place until we attended a family birthday/ surprise wedding reception party here in July 2025. The venue was amazing, a great space with separate areas for people and as the weather was hot, the balcony area was perfect. Food was delicious and plentiful too. The staff were super organised and very helpful especially Ann, she worked her socks off, ensuring everything was just perfect, also very efficient bar staff who also helped out blowing up inflatable props for the band when we all ran out of puff! 😩 I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a venue to hold a party of any kind, whether a birthday celebration, an engagement or a wedding, it’s perfect for them all.Wow, never heard of this place until we attended a family birthday/ surprise wedding reception party here in July 2025. Lauren and her staff surpassed themselves with their expertise and service. Nothing was too much trouble, answering emails and texts at all hours offering the best service and advice , The venue was perfect food was amazing and from the time of booking until the very last minute was superbly dealt with. Believe me you will not find betterwell what can I say my daughter and son in law was married at Redlibbets on 14th June 2024, it was the best day ever. Both my husband and I are extremely grateful for their support throughout our wedding planning, all the way through to execution. From supporting with logistics to managing our suppliers to helping with decor and the finer details. The catering and bar staff throughout the day were also very helpful and proactive. I’ve just had my 60th party in July. The staff have genuinely been amazing.The care and thought that goes into making your party go smoothly is really appreciated.All I had to do was to choose the food (fantastic choice of finger foods, not your usual sandwiches and sausage rolls.The choice of food is obviously carefully thought out as well) I can’t recommend this place enough. The venue grounds are well kept and beautiful and the venue itself if modern and big which is exactly what we was looking for, the food was amazing, we opted for the 3 course meal which was delicious and went down very well with all our guests. What are your capacities?
We can host up to 160 daytime guests and up to 220 for evening guests across our Lakeview & Hartley Suite. We also offer The Snug for more intimate celebrations of 10-30 guests. With a diverse event space we are also able to offer the Hartley Suite and Lakeview as separate spaces should it suite.
How does your food and drink options work?
We have a separate Food & Drinks Guide, you can choose from one of our sample packages or you can generate your own using the guide giving you complete flexibility for your big day. We also allow Dry Hire Catering, Please see our Dry Hire Brochure.
Do you have any restrictions as a venue?
We simply request nothing to be stuck on the walls that can damage the paintwork. Due to licensing we have to close our doors to our terrace from 10pm. You will still have access until midnight.
Do you have disabled access?
The Lakeview and Hartley Suite is all one level with the front entrance. We also have an accessible toilet ensuring any guests with disabilities will be able to enjoy your day.
Can we provide our own suppliers?
Although we have a list of recommended suppliers you are welcome to use your own suppliers as long as they can provide the correct insurances/paperwork.
What do you include within the Venue Hire?
We include as a standard, Tables, Chiavari Chairs, Table Linen, Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware, Security, Staffing, Cake Knife & Slice, Cake Stand, Easel, Postbox for cards, Events Coordinator. All pricing is inclusive of VAT and no service charge is included. You are welcome to tip the team on the day should you wish. (Dry Hire Venue inclusions differ, please see our Dry Hire Brochure).
Is there any onsite accommodation or rooms to get ready in?
While we don’t have onsite accommodation or dedicated getting-ready rooms, we’re happy to recommend a selection of lovely local hotels nearby. Many couples choose to get ready off-site and arrive with plenty of time to relax and enjoy their day with us.
Are you guys dog friendly?
Yes — we’re dog friendly! Well-behaved dogs are very welcome to be part of your special day, so your four-legged family members don’t have to miss out 🐾
Do you have outdoor ceremony options?
At present, we don’t offer outdoor ceremonies. However, with the recent UK wedding law reform announcements, this is something we’re hoping to introduce in the near future. We’d be happy to keep couples updated as plans progress.
Can we use our own suppliers?
Yes — you’re very welcome to use your own suppliers. While we do have a list of trusted, recommended suppliers, couples are free to bring in their own, provided they can supply the relevant documentation, such as public liability insurance, PAT testing certificates, and any required hygiene certifications.
