From booking our wedding two years prior and throughout the day itself everyone has been amazing. Any silly questions I may of had were always dealt with promptly and everyone is so friendly. The food was fantastic and many many of our guests said the quality and presentation of the food was exceptional. The hotel is always cosy and inviting and always super clean. We would like to extend our gratitude for making our wedding day go perfectlyWe held our wedding at the Red Hall Hotel on NYE 2023. The staff involved were absolutely brilliant. The food was amazing and the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever had. The rooms are beautiful and spotless and some lovely views. They will be returning in the future to spend a night in the honeymoon suite thanks to the kindness of the hard working owner of the venue. Get those wedding booked! From the day we went to the wedding fair at the Red Hall and met Helen we were sold. From the smallest details to the big things Helen helped us every step of the way. On our wedding day the staff couldn't do enough and people are still talking about how amazing the day was from start to finish. Warren was on hand all day and I honestly wish I could do it all over again as it was just the perfect day. I can't thank all at the Red Hall enough. Helen was great to deal with and worked hard to make sure everything went according to plan. All the staff on the day were amazing too, especially Warren, and really helped to make everything extra special. The food was superb and served hot and the waiters kept the wine flowing.
