You all went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect day - it felt like a fairytale. Ben, you have been so organised and attentive throughout the whole planning process and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived on the morning, xx made sure we had everything we needed, and was very attentive. Mike- I will forever be grateful for your commitment to making our day run so smoothly. You were constantly on hand and really looked after us, from making sure we had drinks; to taking us down to the viaduct in the gold buggy; making sure my bouquet had a water bucket; moving and positioning wedding decorations around as the day progressed- the list goes on! You both allowed me to surprise the groom on more than one occasion without him knowing, and you allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams. It was beyond what we could have ever imagined. The location is stunning and the Pavilions team ensured the wedding ran like clockwork. Lots of guests commented on how attentive staff were. The food was beautiful and again, guests complimented how good it was. They particularly loved the canapés at the drinks reception. We cannot thank you enough. You are an incredible team. Heading back to Yorkshire and new normal life. Reports from your colleagues were spot on. Everything was more than perfection. It all worked so well and the team at the pavilions works so hard all day. We had and heard no complaints whatsoever. Their professionalism and co-operation in putting on this event was incredible. Please do thank them. I was sorry that you missed it all but hopefully you got a positive flavour from those that were there. We've come a long way since our fist visit to see you last September. Lookin back, there is no question we were right to only see the pavilions and pick it for our wedding. My dedicated member of staff in the team was Fiona from the start, initially my date was provisionally booked, I was kept updated regularly to see if this date had become available. I was in luck and yes it did and I’m so grateful the other party did not book in. Fiona’s customer service skills right from the start were amazing, she was attentive, professional and ever so friendly. From meeting her at the open day my family and I all were extremely impressed with her and knew this place were the number one choice for my big day. Throughout the process there were times were I was stressed and Fiona kept me calm and was so understanding to my needs. Moving on to my big day, I called Fiona on arrival to confirm an entrance to avoid the guests before my arrival, within minutes she was out to the car and guided us to the entrance. At this point it was pouring it down with rain and the team were out with umbrellas I appreciated this so much as I was so upset the rain would ruin my hair and makeup. She allocated me a room and made sure I was ok and had drinks. The hospitality was amazing. The buggy drivers were also so attentive and even helped with my dress, one male even found some jewellery which had fallen off in the car. I was so impressed with the entire team on Saturday, I can’t thank you enough honestly and I would not think twice when recommending you to others. Ps.. I think Ben or Fiona wanted to share some pictures on Facebook if I can see them beforehand I don’t mind them being shared.
