Our wedding venue, The Colney Suite, can accommodate up to 100 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, and a further 50 guests for the evening function. The Colney Suite and surrounding gardens will be exclusively yours for the day to enjoy with your guests as you wish.

It was the first venue we saw and nothing else came close to the atmosphere and vibe we fell in love with. We even had two show arounds and were kindly allowed to visit the hotel rooms to pick where we would like to stay the night of our our wedding day. we went for the luxurious boutique room 😉. From start to finish, Olivia supported us every step of the way and Tyler was amazing on the wedding day. These two along with the whole team went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Everyone was professional friendly and genuinely caring. Our wedding was intimate and beautiful . The venue itself is beautifully decorated, saving us a lot on extra decor and there are so many photo spots around the hotel. I spent the night there before the wedding enjoying the pool, sauna and hot tub. The food was spot on and everyone mentioned how nice it was. The day ran perfectly with the team making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish! We can’t thank park farm enough for making our wedding day so magical. They were able to cater for us having a small ceremony and larger evening reception with no problems at all, with everything tailored to us. All of our meetings with Olivia leading up to our day made everything so stress free and she was always on the end of an email for any questions we had. The day itself couldn't have been smoother - every member of staff was so helpful and friendly to everyone in our party and couldn't do enough for us. So many people commented on how brilliant everyone was and how perfect the venue was. We could not recommend Park Farm more for a wedding venue and we are so glad we chose them for our wedding! - RRebecca and jonny29/04/2025The most perfect magical wedding The most perfect magical weddingWe picked park farm to host our reception as its where we got our daughter christened for the after event. And it was wonderful then. From the start the communication was amazing we could come in as see the room as many times as we liked. We also booked one of their fanciest rooms for our overnight . My wedding wad extra magical as I'm suffering from terminal cancer we had thr whole thing planned in just shirt of 3 months there wss nothing I couldn't ask and nothing was to much trouble. We love this hotel and regularly visit for coffee and scones so for us it wss an easy option we didn't even look anywhere else we just knew after thr christening and going regually it was going to be perfect. Myself my mum and my daughter all got our nails done in the onsite spa which was relaxing and a lovely experience. I wouls recomend this hotel 100 percent. Thr grounds are beautiful and it had a road with beautiful trees leading up and a fountain in the middle making it a grand entrance for any bride and groom. Thdy have set wedding packages bur can customise to whatever you want and we chose afternoon tea they have a children's option too and it all went down really well. Everyone said the food wss delicious . And the room we stayed in was out of this world for the night with a huge conference bed and a beautiful free standing bath . It also had couples shower and a posh coffee machine. Breakfast was also delicious and we had many of our friends and family also stay over and said how lovely their rooms were . We all enjoyed a morning swim before leaving and were so sad to leave. I honestly couldn't have picked a better venue for my reception and I loved every second . Olivia was amazing, from the start of planning for our special day to the end of our wedding night. We wanted a relaxed enjoyable day and that’s what we got! Nothing was too much trouble. We live nearly 200 miles away, so a lot was planned and communicated via email. The venue is amazing, the room was stunning and amazing gardens for plenty of photo opportunities. Staff were attentive and couldn’t be more helpful! Our food was amazing! We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day! We had our Wedding on 22nd February 2025. Olivia was amazing, from the start of planning for our special day to the end of our wedding night. We wanted a relaxed enjoyable day and that’s what we got! Nothing was too much trouble. The staff at park farm can not do enough for you and honestly by the end of our wedding felt like family members. Marcus was so helpful and organised! From the moment we booked park farm for our wedding venue we knew we had made the best decision ever. Olivier and Tyler were amazing and everytime I emailed they responded very promptly. All of our requests were met and they worked with us to make our day so special I stayed at park farm the night before the wedding and had booked a table for 10 we wanted to eat outside as was such a lovely evening and the bar and waiting staff turned a table around in minutes to accommodate our request. Nothing was too much bother and made our evening so wonderful. We were given so much help setting up the room even late into Friday night Saturday Olivier checked in regularly and even sent up some fizz for us to enjoy. The staff worked so hard all day Saturday and again nothing was too much bother. The day ran so smoothly and I think we kept the bar staff very busy!! We totally loved our wedding day and this was made so special I feel from the support we were given by everyone here. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
We have enjoyed many beautiful and unique weddings at Park Farm Hotel. One wedding had an extravagant hanging wedding cake surrounded by candles plus we have also had themed weddings, including Disney, rainbow and pumpkins.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Use post-its with guests names on and a big bit of paper with drawn on tables when trying to do the table plan, that way you can move the post- its around multiple times to see who works best where!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A couple once had Norfolk beach names as their tables, and for the centrepieces they had filled up bottles of sand from that particular beach and fairy lights inside.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have so many beautiful photo opportunities. We personally love an evening photograph under the festoon lighting within the exclusive Colney gardens or along our tree-lined driveway.
