Newtown House Hotel is an independent family run hotel who know the importance of celebratory events, as a team we go above and beyond to make sure your special day is as perfect as you hoped it would be. All of our packages are adaptable to accommodate your requests and make your wedding stand out from all others.
We know trying to plan a wedding can be very overwhelming but our experienced team are here to support you every step of the way from the first meeting right through to the wedding day, they are able to offer advice and guidance to help your vision come to life.

If you are just looking for a venue to hire without catering this is something we can also accommodate. The Manor Suite function room is £400.00 to hire for the day and evening. Or you can hire the whole venue including bedrooms for up to £7000.00.

The food was outstanding and everything went exactly as planned. We were absolutely delighted with the service and our day made all the more special due to the excellent service and food. Thank you to everyone at Newtown House. Our guests staying over all agreed that it was a great day and were very happy with the hotel and service. Absolutely brilliant day. We were absolutely delighted with the service and our day made all the more special due to the excellent service and food. Thank you to everyone at Newtown House. We had exclusive hire of the whole venue, our guests stayed here overnight, we had an amazing welcome reception with drinks and canopies, 3 course festive lunch and evening buffet. It was all tailored to our individual requirements. The staff are amazing and they make you feel so special. We all had breakfast together the next morning and booked the rooms out that night to make a long weekend of it. Best wedding venue in our opinion especially for the cost.We had our wedding here, and from start to end it was absolutely amazing. We had exclusive hire of the whole venue, our guests stayed here overnight, we had an amazing welcome reception with drinks and canopies, 3 course festive lunch and evening buffet. The package in which we are given has everything we need so the stress is taken away for us. And our coordinators are very helpful when it comes to planning our wedding. We were looked after really well! All of our guests were happy and enjoyed their stay! Everything on the day ran smoothly with no hiccups. Food was great too so thank you chef! Someone very kindly drove Maisie and her goldie Bayley home as she couldn’t get a taxi, so thank you for that aswell. I will highly recommend Newtown House Hotel. Well! What a time we had! After visiting Newtown House Hotel for a family wedding a few years ago and also attending some other events here we knew this was the perfect place for us. It’s absolutely stunning! I can’t thank Vicky and the team enough for everything they do for you, especially when it comes to making sure everything is planned etc. And the fact you are allowed to view the room as many times as you need on the lead up to your wedding is great! We are a protected building and there are aspects throughout the hotel that carry a large amount of local history.
