The staff were absolutely amazing they couldn't do enough for us, answered emails, enquires so fast. All the staff were amazing but Phil was the one we had most contact with and couldn't thank him enough for everything he did for us. Everything went smoothly before and on the day of the wedding. Honestly the best day ever. From the moment we had a show around to booking the venue to the big day itself, Jane and her team have been nothing but outstanding. Nothing was too much of an ask, we was kept in constant communication regarding everything. Throughout the night we had guests coming up to us, saying how amazing all the staff were. The venue is simply gorgeous, the character that the building has set the tone for our autumnal wedding, everything from the Fairy lights to the outside seating all added to the rustic feel. We honestly can’t recommend NCH enough 💗 The team at New Craven hall are just the best! From the moment we had a show around to booking the venue to the big day itself, Jane and her team have been nothing but outstanding. When McFly singer Danny Jones saw his sister Vicky in her wedding dress for the first time, he was overwhelmed with emotion. The music-filled day shared with family and friends, was far from traditional. Great organisational skills, with regular communication with the management to ensure our marriage went to schedule in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend it. In the lead up, Olivia was super helpful and kind, and was excellent at responding to all my late night questions and thoughts! She helped ensure our day was perfect from start to finish. I didn’t have to worry about anything- Olivia liaised with all our suppliers and ensured everything clicked into place!
